This condo completed a brand new remodel and is one of the newest out of all the sandcastles listed. I also have minivans stationed at the airports for your convenience. They are an extra charge. I am fully insured and can usually beat competition buy 50%. I also own two other direct ocean front condos next door in sandcastle one and three ( sandcastle one VRBO #769898 or sandcastle three VRBO #1462091 or sandcastle two 2813590. that has all the amenities this one has to offer. This is a direct ocean front with heated pool and hot tub along with gas grills located by the pool for your personal use. My condo also provides high quality linens to make your beach stay truly memorable. Disney and Bush Gardens are a short distance away. We rent Saturday to Saturday only. Thank you

Great condo right on the beach with a great pool and grilling area. Owner was very attentive and easy to communicate with. Love the area, great dining, boat tours, etc. Would definitely go back.

The property was beautiful, modern and clean. Well stocked, did not need to bring as much as we did. Sunsets are amazing from the balcony and we had a great time and the property was also pet friendly. Owners were great to work with.

Great location and great owner

Could not get any closer to the beach if you tried!! Nice, warm pool as well. Within walking distance to great restaurants, ice cream and shops. The owner is super nice and very responsive to questions. Condo is very well kept and was very comfortable for the 7 of us. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

Great location

Phil was extremely great with communication and accommodating. He went above and beyond making sure we were fully satisfied with our stay. We enjoyed the location as it was super close to Clearwater and St Petersburg. We loved that it wasn’t busy with traffic and it was more of a local vibe. It had great local restaurants and bakeries. The property had a great location of the beach and pool access. My kids enjoyed the ping pong table and I enjoyed the little library available. We enjoyed our family getaway!

Hi, My wife and I are the owners of three condos. Two of them are located in Sandcastle one and three. This one is located in Sandcastle two. Both my wife and I are very excited about sharing our condos with you. We live in Crown Point, Indiana and have two children. I am an electrician at US Steel and my wife is a third grade teacher. We have worked very hard to acquire these condos and would love for you stay here and make memories with your family.

Why they chose this property

This property has everything you want to do. It is all within walking distance or a few short miles away. From restaurants, to golfing, to the ocean you can experience numerous activities in a short amount of time.

What makes this property unique

Airports are located within fifteen to thirty minutes away. Their is Clearwater St Petersburg or Tampa airport. Disney and Bush Gardens are a short distance away. The Pub restaurant is located directly across the street and offers a full menu and bar. The sand is like sugar and the Gulf of Mexico is very warm.
