About this property

Enjoy the Muskoka experience in this light, airy and charming cottage tucked on the Indian River in The village of Port Carling. The cottage is west facing with lovely sunset views and features a level lot and sand bottom waterfront. The dock will accommodate a vessel up to 20’ and the river provides direct access to Lakes Muskoka, Rosseau and Joseph for boating adventures. The shops, attractions and restaurants of the village are a short walk away. The cottage interior is an open floor plan with comfortable seating and dining areas and a gourmet kitchen. The main floor Master bedroom has a private en-suite and a walk out to the Muskoka room. On the second floor, 2 spacious bedrooms share a full bath . A small hot tub is found outside on the second floor deck which overlooks the water. Come to relax and play in this beautiful setting.
