This two bedroom, two bathroom, 2-story, 1600 sq.ft. condo in beautiful Grand Haven has everything you need for the perfect getaway! This unit has on-site access to restaurants, coffee shop, dry cleaners, nail salon and more.

High Ceilings and open floor plan make this ideal for families and small groups. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steal appliances, granite countertops and breakfast bar.

Master bedroom has private bathroom with double sinks and walk-in closet. Both bedrooms and both bathrooms are located on main floor. Large balcony that is accessible from both the living room and master bedroom. The large second floor loft area features a sleeper sofa for added sleeping, desk, and a second private balcony.

Additionally this unit offers a large 4k TV with Blu-ray player and streaming service in the living room plus a 4k TV in each bedroom where you can bring your subscriptions to use Netflix, Prime, Hulu, HBO, or login with your own cable service app using the free high speed 400MB WIFI. Unit also includes a washer and dryer. There is access to 2 large community roof top deck right at the end of the hallway. Elevator and open parking for your convenience.

You will be given your own personal code for the door that will only work during your stay and removed when your stay is over. Please note: This building uses open path to enter the building. The app must be downloaded to your smart phone in order to gain entry to the building.

Located just 5 city blocks from downtown area and waterfront where you can enjoy shopping, restaurants, sightseeing, splash pad, musical fountain, or just relax and stroll along the boardwalk to the iconic pier and the beach. The Grand Haven State Park is only 1.5 miles away where you can enjoy its sandy beach, picnic areas, and playground.

Great place great location

This was my wife and I first time they're great place great location super clean had a problem with the TV but the owner FaceTimed us and had it solved in 5 minutes will be coming back to the summer for a longer stay everybody should check this place out specially if you have kids will be back thanks a lot

The condo was beautifully clean and more spacious than I had expected based upon the photos. Easy walking distance to downtown and many shops and restaurants. Everything that we needed was there! We particularly appreciated, having beach towels and beach chairs, since we flew in from quite a distance. With this, it was very easy to spend a day at the beach.
