• Main Floor Bath & Laundry: Includes a convenient full bathroom on the main living floor, complete with an in-unit washing machine and dryer.
• Second-Floor Bedrooms: Please note that all sleeping areas are located upstairs on the second floor. The layout includes 3 full-size bedrooms (1 King bed and 2 Queen beds) plus a separate, private sleeping nook featuring a full-size bed to sleep up to 8-guests total.
• Second-Floor Full Bath: The second floor features its own dedicated full bathroom equipped with a charming, classic clawfoot tub and shower setup.
• Climate Comfort: Window air conditioning units (operational June–September) and fans ensure perfect temperatures throughout the upstairs sleeping spaces during your summer stay.

• The Deck: Enjoy the classic Maine air on the deck, fully equipped with a gas grill and outdoor seating. A complimentary cornhole set is provided for backyard fun.

Skip the hassle! Your stay includes a complimentary beach parking pass (to Kennebunk Beaches – Gooch’s big beach and Mother’s beach) and access to beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels.
Note: To ensure a pristine, allergen-free environment for all our guests, we maintain a strict no-pet policy and a completely smoke-free property. An exterior security camera monitors the main entrance for safety and seamless keypad check-in.
