RECENT UPDATES (2026): New Mitsubishi ductless mini-split air conditioning for quiet, efficient cooling throughout the home; a new washer/dryer for faster cycles, quieter operation; and a new Weber gas grill for easy outdoor cooking.

THE SPACE & TWO-STORY LAYOUT
Spread out comfortably across a thoughtfully designed, multi-room layout featuring two full bathrooms:
• Main Floor Living: Features a fully equipped kitchen, a formal dining room, a cozy main living room, and a separate secondary den—providing plenty of space for everyone to relax.
• Main Floor Bath & Laundry: Includes a convenient full bathroom on the main living floor, complete with an in-unit washing machine and dryer.
• Second-Floor Bedrooms: Please note that all sleeping areas are located upstairs on the second floor. The layout includes 3 full-size bedrooms (1 King bed and 2 Queen beds) plus a separate, private sleeping nook featuring a full-size bed to sleep up to 8-guests total.
• Second-Floor Full Bath: The second floor features its own dedicated full bathroom equipped with a charming, classic clawfoot tub and shower setup.
• Climate Comfort: The home features Mitsubishi ductless mini-split air conditioning throughout, delivering quiet, efficient cooling - no more noisy window units. Whole-house radiant heat provides warmth during cooler months, making the home comfortable for a Christmas Prelude getaway as well.

OUTDOOR LIVING & VILLAGE PARKING
• The Deck: Enjoy the classic Maine air on the deck, fully equipped with a Weber gas grill and outdoor seating. A grassy back lawn provides plenty of outdoor space.
• Ample Parking: Skip the high-stress hassle of village parking. The property features a large private driveway with space for up to 4 vehicles, with free public day-use parking lot near Dock Square at the fire station.

Skip the hassle! Your stay includes a complimentary beach parking pass (to Kennebunk Beaches – Gooch’s big beach and Mother’s beach) and access to beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels.

Note: To ensure a pristine, allergen-free environment for all our guests, we maintain a strict no-pet policy and a completely smoke-free property. An exterior security camera monitors the main entrance for safety and seamless keypad check-in.

Fabulous stay at Coastal Cape! The house looked as described and was very clean. It had everything we needed! Loved the big table for our late night card games! The location was perfect- just a quick bike ride or short walk to Dock Square. Hosts communication was excellent - promptly answering questions and allowing us early check-in if needed! We were here for a wedding and enjoyed exploring the area during our stay. We rented bikes and used them quite a bit- highly recommend! Thanks for the opportunity to stay at your place! We all had a great time- such a beautiful city and coastal area!!

Perfect Getaway!

This place was perfect for a winter weekend getaway, close enough to walk to town, but cozy enough to spend a full day inside. Also loved how spread out the downstairs was, only wish it had been warmer to enjoy the deck and yard!

This charming 4 bedroom house was perfect for our trip! We were in town for a baseball tournament which had fields from Sandford, to Auburn through Old Orchard.This house did not disappoint! We were able to enjoy the beach, go fishing and experience phenomenal food at the port, all while being within an hour drive of all fields (unheard of at these tournaments!)The house itself was exactly as advertised. We had two 16/17 year old boys who each took a room, while the parents had their own space. The furnishings were adorable and EXTREMELY comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, utensils and all things you would need to feed all guests!Our hosts were kind, communicative and very accommodating! I highly recommend this property for a quiet get away or an adventure! We will be back!
