Located on the 2nd floor of a quiet complex, the unit easily accommodates your family of 5 in a queen bed and trio bunk (double on the bottom, single on top).
Features of the unit include 2 x LCD Tv's with digital reception, one in the main bedroom and the other in the lounge, a dishwasher, microwave, DVD player, air conditioner to both bedrooms and single garage. There are bi fold doors opening out onto the balcony to make the best use of the space. Security screens are on both bedroom windows.
You will have no need for the car as the flags on Kings Beach are just across the road, as are BBQs and picnic tables. The modern children's playground, water feature and renovated surf side swimming pool are all a short walk away. The coastal walkway passes by and there are local shops, restaurants and taverns close by.
This unit has a lock up garage for one vehicle. Please note the garage height is approximately 1.8m so may not be suitable for larger vehicles.

Linen
Bookings made after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee.

Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.

The location is excellent. The view from the balcony is amazing. The distance to the beach and the public pool is just few metres. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants around. The unit itself was clean and had all basic things.
-Ned linen and towels are not included, but can be purchased at extra price. The door in the shower doesn't close. The water was going everywhere. It was inconvinient and created mess, which I had to clean each time.

Great location / walk to restaurants, cafes, parks, beach and seawater pool. Older property but nice & had everything we needed & more. We stayed as a couple but would be great for families.
