WHAT MAKES PANAMA CITY BEACH SPECIAL
Panama City Beach is best known for its 27-mile stretch of sugar-white sand beaches and clear, emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.
Effective 2/1/2026, all guests of Boardwalk must register through the emailed link provided and pay for parking. Cost is $55/vehicle with a max of 2 vehicles, plus $6 per wristband. These fees are billed through the resort and not included in your total at the time of booking.
