We found the property and the house clean. The amenities were working well. The large yard was good for our family. The property owner, HoYin, responded to my questions promptly. The location was very convenient, close to Yarmouth beaches and at the same time close to shops and restaurants. Our family had a good week of vacation…thanks for the hospitality.

We had a great stay! The place was a perfect fit for our group and the location is absolutely perfect! Highly recommend for anyone who wants to be close to the beach and other Cape activities. The back yard is very private even though the house is on a convenient main road. Nice set up with grills and a fire pit. Room for yard games. We will definitely be back again!

Very good location since we visited Boston and surrounding area 3x’s. Area was very quiet except for a few noisy cars going by on the street. The house had everything we needed for six adults.

Property slept 4 adults and 2 children perfectly. Location was prime near beach, food, and fun! Host was very accommodating and communicative! Other posts stated they couldn’t find the extra towels - just have to look & read property document on fridge/ massages - (towels were in downstairs bathroom behind the mirror in a little closet). Outdoor shower was amazing! Highly recommend!

Awesome house

This house was prefect for our stay! It is clean and in an incredibly convenient area for beaches and attractions. I almost don’t want to say how awesome it is because we don’t want it to book up for our next trip! They had a nice sized backyard for activities and a fire pit, plenty of parking and a new grill.

Cape Cod Sights

Perfect base for a Cape Cod adventure. Can ferry over to Martha's Vineyard & Nantucket from Hyannis and only about an hour to Provincetown for some whale watching. Great base location.

Great stay

The house is in a great location, quiet neighborhood and close to Seagull beach. Older, with quirks in line with the style of the home, but well maintained for guests. Have stayed in many similar rentals over the years and this is one of the best for the size/price. Responsive owner who made the rental process easy from start to finish.

Awesome place

We were 3 families with 2 kids along. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place is clean and nicely maintained and the owner is so prompt in responding and very accommodating. The beach is at a walkable distance (20 mins) and its beautiful walk in the mornings! I would recommend this property!

Great location and beautiful backyard

Very responsive host, clean and nicely maintained house, 2 large bedrooms upstairs and 2 smaller bedrooms downstairs. The location is perfect, 10 min walk to the beach. Backyard is the best feature - big enough for the kids to play soccer or volleyball. We spent several nights by the firepit making smores.

Fabulous Family visit

The house is lovely: updated kitchen and bathrooms. The yard is wonderful for little kids and for adults - safe space for little ones to play. We walked to the lovely beach. Landlord very helpful and personable. We hope to return next year!!!

We loved it! It was in a perfect location with easy access to many attractions. The house was clean and well kept; easy to follow directions were left available and the owner always made himself available. If we return to West Yarmouth, we will definitely contact the owner of this location.
