This is a beautiful villa with every home comfort you need. Really tastefully decorated. For a 2 bedroom villa there is so much outside space with gorgeous gardens and at night it all lights up. James the property manager was always contactable if needed and friendly and knowledgable same with Simon the pool guy who kept the pool lovely and clean. The view from the garden looking out to sea was an added bonus too. Great welcome pack very much appreciated. We have stayed in villas in Coral Bay several times before but this one was by far the best. So sad to be back in England and missing the Cyprus sun already. Will are hoping to come back to this villa next summer.

Absolutely stunning villa!!I’ve been coming to Cyprus for over 20 years & this beautiful villa is THE best I have stayed in. The location is just right, close enough to bars/amenities & the beach. The villa is well maintained by James the property manager, nothing was too much trouble for james. He sent me an extensive list of places to go & things to see. He even loaned his snorkel mask to me whilst I was there Finally a massive thank you to Adele the owner for allowing us to share her home. Adele is an excellent communicator & again nothing was too much trouble. Even offering the villa on the day of departure if I had a late flight. A 10/10 holiday & I can’t wait to return Jo & Fynn

Wonderful Villa

We all had a great holiday at the Villa. Lots of room, very well equipped and a joy to stay in. If we come back to Cyprus we will certainly look at staying here again.

Great villa!

We had a fantastic week in this villa, great pool & excellent location - just a short walk to the beach & local shops & restaurants. Perfect space to relax & enjoy the amazing views! The local bus is easy & reliable but we also hired a car for a couple of days to visit Latsi & Blue Lagoon. Overall a perfect holiday! Thank you Adele!

What a lovely place

Things could not be more convenient. The owners had thought about every need and shops/ bars within a walking distance. The pool was a really good size and the calm, quietness of the gardens lovely. Came here to relax, and that’s exactly what it did.

Even better than we imagined

We had high hopes of the villa but it was even better than we could imagine. It was beautiful inside almost like a show home the pool and gardens were immaculate.And it had everything .We have stayed in many villas over the years and never returned to one but when we come to Paphos again we would love to come back to this one Superb

Lovely villa in a lovely quiet area with everything you could ever need while on holiday. The pool was lovely, the only thing it was missing according to the children was a slide. Stunning villa with the most beautiful views

We have just had 9 nights in this beautiful villa. The whole booking and communication was made easy by Adele. James, the property manager met us on arrival and was contactable if/when we needed in him throughout. The Villa is so well looked after and had everything you could possibly need. The outdoor area is superb too. Wonderfully quiet location but walking distance to everything. We highly recommend this villa.

Wonderful villa

Just home from a wonderfully relaxing stay in this beautiful villa. Immaculate inside and out. Great location for exploring this part of Cyprus. Garden is beautifully maintained with glorious sea views. Communication with Adele was very easy and she was so helpful with our booking, a huge thank you for the late checkout. James very friendly and knowledgable with local area and suggestions for eateries. All in all a wonderful relaxing stay.

Relaxing villa

We stayed at Adele’s fabulous villa for 10 nights. As soon as we turned up we could tell we were in for a wonderful stay. Both the interior and exterior furnishings were extremely comfortable making it easy to relax. Situated in the perfect place just out of the Coral Bay strip but not too far to walk if you fancied eating out. We were met at the Villa by James who was very helpful and always on hand should you need him. If we return to Cyprus I would definitely stay again.

Lovely villa

This is our first time staying at this villa and it certainly lived up to our expectations. Lovely and relaxing, quiet location with wonderful outside space and sea views. Weather was 32 degrees both weeks so we spent most of our time around the pool. We ate out most nights (our favourite restaurant was Corrallo, which we visited on numerous occasions). Adele the owner was brilliant from start to finish and James the property on site manager could not have been more helpful. I would thoroughly recommend staying at this villa.

Lovely Villa

We enjoyed our stay, the villa is lovely, very well decorated with good facilities. All we would say is Cyprus is chilly in April and you need a quilt in the main bedroom, we plugged the oil heater in and the plug socket caught fire. WiFi was poor, only worked one day. James, the manager was incredibly helpful.

Beautiful villa with beautiful views

Had a lovely weeks stay here. Woke up this morning to grey sky’s in England. The weather was amazing as always the pool was just so lovely. This villa is home from home. Everything you could want. James the property manager is on hand with any questions you need answering. He recommended some beautiful restaurants and they did not disappoint. Can not wait to come back. Such a beautiful villa in a peaceful location with everything you need provided for you. The welcome pack was fantastic and James’ help was great with advice on where to eat/visit as well as booking taxis. Adele was fantastic with the communication from the time of booking to the point of arrival. Rooms furnished to a high standard, en-suite, air con, pool and Wi-Fi was all our teenager required! The stunning outside space with bbq and both sun and shade was great. We will definitely be booking again, it was just what we needed.

Beautiful villa- just like the photos

We were welcomed by property manager, Max, who talked us through everything we needed to know for our stay. The fridge was full of goodies to see us through lunch, snacks and breakfast for a day or two- many thanks Adele. The villa is gorgeous and very well equipped. The garden is extra special with comfy outdoor furniture, many pretty flowering bushes and an uninterrupted view to the sea. The pool lights up after dark for late night swims, which is absolutely brilliant. We loved it!

Perfect for us!

The property suited us down to the ground. The description and the photos were spot on. I like to stay in immaculately clean , well-equipped and light properties, with lovely views and this was just perfect. I just loved the different seating areas too, on both balconies and around the garden. An informative Visitors Book enabled us to eat in restaurants we may not have known about, though the manager was also helpful in that respect, and it gave other helpful information too. The owner was quick and thoughtful in response to our messages, and that was much appreciated.

Residing in Lancashire, our dream was to own a property abroad and we finally decided to take the plunge and buy a villa in Coral Bay, Cyprus the Island of sunshine.
I am an Interior designer, a job I absolutely love which has allowed me to enjoy furnishing the villa to a very high standard to give a boutique, luxurious feel that our guests can enjoy.
We strive to constantly update and improve the villa facilities so everything is looking tip top for our guests. The location to numerous sandy beaches just walking distance from the property as well as the many bars and restaurants of Coral Bay made this the perfect choice. Our son has spent most of his holidays at the villa since he was born and thinks it's the best place in the world. We try and visit a couple of times a year but it's never long enough!!
