This stunning luxury villa sits in its own multi-level gardens in the exclusive, private community of Cabanyes, a short distance from the beautiful Blue Flag beaches of the Costa Brava. It is finished to a very high standard and is comprehensively equipped with all modern conveniences. The exterior of the property benefits from a south facing, sunny aspect, with shady retreats. The interior has been tastefully decorated and feels like a 'home from home'. The heated, private pool is suitable for young children and can be viewed from the terraces and balconies. Only a 5 minute drive away is the medieval town of Calonge, where restaurants and shops can be found. Not much further, at 5km, is the seaside resort of Sant Antoni de Calonge which has a 5km long family beach with a wide promenade plus many shops, restaurants and tapas bars! The villa is conveniently situated for daily excursions to Girona, Barcelona and the South of France. It also has many renowned golf clubs within 25 mins drive. Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The 25% booking deposit is non-refundable once period is booked. Remaining 75% of rental is payable and non-refundable 60 days from the rental period.

The Owners have been fortunate to have travelled all over the world and have finally found a beautiful home with stunning views, with easy access from all over Europe at sensible travel prices.
We fell in love with the peaceful situation of the Villa, overlooking the protected Gavarres National Park, with an uninterrupted, 160 degree, view of the sparkling ocean.

Why they chose this property

1) All year round fine weather.
2) Ease of access with two modern international airports only 35 and 75 minutes drive away at Girona and Barcelona.
3) Daily flights to both airports at great prices.
4) Very peaceful location with National Park behind and Mediterranean in front.
5) Beautiful beaches, coves and fabulous coastline and mountain walks just 10-20 minutes away.
6) Barcelona a short distance away.

What makes this property unique

1) Top cuisine at superb restaurants (including two with Michelin stars!).
2) Plenty of local shopping.
3) Lots of varied local amusements for the children.
