Rental price does NOT include automatic membership of the Leisure Club, and entertainment, but does include use of the Cafe, and The Manor Arms. You can also use the Children's outdoor playground and Teen Den. The public pool in Newquay is called Leisure World.

It was the best equipped property we have ever stayed in. Even
towels were supplied, as well as a windbreak and a surf board. A large collection of books and dvds. The best location on the site,
and a superb house.
We had a lovely week in Newquay. The house was very clean and comfortable. I slept really well which is unusual for me when I'm not in my own bed! The house had everything you could think of including body boards and a disposable BBQ. The children enjoyed the spacious garden.
Great location and within easy drive of beaches and shops. Bed mattress springs are a bit creaky when you turn in your sleep. But overall very good stay. Owner is friendly and great with app and email communication and provides all details as needed. Clean kitchen showers and bedrooms. Good selection of movies, TV, Books. Garden outside house is good too. Would love to stay again if price is still reasonable.
Had a lovely week here with the family, house was very clean and comfortable. Great corner garden . Couldn’t use the park facilities and they wouldn’t allow pay as you go which we thought was a little trivial but this did not cause any problems for us as we had full days out and the children were ready for bed. You can use the cafe where there is wi fi if you need it, and a lovely play park for the kids. Great communication with Andrew before our holiday.
This is the second time we have stayed at this lovely property. It is in a wonderful position with a large garden for the children to run around in. The inside of the property is immaculate. Everything you could possibly need is provided. Andrew answers any questions promptly and thoroughly. Our whole family does not have a bad word for this fantastic holiday home. We stayed here as a family of 8. The pictures of the house do not do this property justice! It was spacious, well decorated, clean and had everything you could possibly need for your holiday! Andrew went above and beyond with helpful information about the property, park and local area. We found him to be friendly and approachable with any questions we had.
The location of the house is the best on the whole park, overlooking 3 fields - one of which contained cows that our 2 year old grandson adored!!
We dined out on site one evening at Zucchini’s in the Manor House. The food was fantastic and the service was great. No complaints from any of us!
Thank you to Andrew for our stay in his lovely property. We would highly recommend this holiday home to all!!!
Very spacious and in a great location if you have transportation.
A mix up and delay with checking in was rectified very quickly.
The house was very clean with lots of bedding and towels. Household items under the stairs for our use and a few cleaning products left including some dishwasher tablets. Only one teatowel was there so maybe useful to bring your own. Plenty of cutlery and plates etc.
wifi was not up to the task with 7 of us on it but that was only one evening.
Disappointed that we couldn’t buy any passes to use the swimming facilities or gym, we were under the impression that we would just pay to use but you aren’t allowed at all.
Overall though, a fantastic property for the price we paid and we would hope to book again for next year. Highly recommended
We arrived on time. Check-in was fine, but because the park don't manage the property they weren't overly helpful. Found the house easily. It's in an excellent position at the top of the park. A problem with the double quilt in one of the bedrooms was rectified the next day along with 2 bottles of wine - thank you! It has everything you need for a good holiday. Parking is easy along the road outside. WIFI is good. Plenty of space for the whole family. Large outside space good for playing games.
The disappointment (which we knew about) was that we couldn't use the pool. However about 5 miles down the road is another holiday park called Hendra and they allow people staying in the area to pay to use the pool.
We went to the pub on site one evening and the food was good and reasonably priced.
For us as a family though, the site was not up to the standard we expected. Most of the houses are shabby and need painting, there are potholes in the roads, weeds growing everywhere and no shop, (although you could buy milk and bread at the Hut on the campsite). Atlantic Reach just wasn't very welcoming and unfortunately, we won't be returning.

I am glad that you liked the house, which we think is in the best spot on the whole site. We refuse to pay the exorbitant annual fee that the Atlantic Reach Management want to charge us to allow our guests to use the swimming pools and the gym. However, most of our guests use our house to explore the delights of Cornwall and we charge almost a £1,000 less per week than the standard price charged by Atlantic Reach, to compensate for the lack of use of the "Leisure Club".

Beautiful property in an ideal location to explore Cornwall.
This was the first time we have visited Cornwall and this property was located in an ideal location for the many beautiful beaches and coves in South Cornwall. It was around a 10-15 minute drive into Newquay town centre but traffic can build up along the road leading into it. I wouldn't necessarily plan where you are going each day because the amount of secluded little coves and beaches you come across on your travels is amazing.
The pictures of the property do not do it justice. A total of 4 adults and 4 children stayed in our party and there was plenty of room for us all. It was clean, tidy and had plenty of utensils, cutlery etc for us all. The communication with Andrew throughout was excellent. He was quick to answer all my queries and nothing was too much trouble. It was also good advice by Andrew to not bother purchasing passes for the site beforehand because in all honesty, there wasn't much to do there. The site does say you need them to enter into the clubhouse at night but we found nobody to be there checking so we just walked in without. We didn't particularly rate the site in all honesty but that didn't bother us. We were out and about til quite late anyway so our need to use the facilities on the site were minimal.
We would definitely stay at this property again as I believe it is in the perfect location to explore and would recommend to future holidaymakers.

Excellent communication from start to finish of the booking process. Received helpful information about the site; prior to staying. House is situated on a corner plot; in a nice location with views across the field. The house was fully equipped to self cater. The house was spacious enough for 8 of us, 3 bathrooms which was ideal. Due to the location we were around 15 to 20 Minutes from several superb beaches. It was so nice to go to different places everyday.
We would definitely return; and stay here.

This review contradicts the other very positive reviews I have received this year. Whilst I accept that some parts of the Atlantic Reach site has suffered from lack of maintenance, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, our personal property maintenance team have been working very hard to clean our house to the latest Covid-19 regulations, within the time allowed. In the last few years we have replaced the beds in 3 of the 4 bedrooms and replaced the fridge/freezer, and decorated as required. I dispute that the house is "tired".
We’ve stayed at Atlantic reach many times but not with this owner. The accommodation was great, clean, tidy, comfortable, and in a good spot out of the way. Would definitely stay there again.

Well laid out, clean, comfortable with good bathroom facilities.
Ideal holiday complex for a family, would not be the same if we could not use the leisure facilities, as family used most on offer. Convenient to get meals at pub on site, reasonably priced, car needed to access larger supermarkets.
Located 4 miles outside of Newquay the complex was easy to find and had easy access to many places, with use of a car.

Great property, lovely site, easy to book and great base to explore the area
Really pleased with the property, clean and well looked after, exactly as described. Great customer service from the owner, easy booking process, there was a burst water main in the area on our first day and he forwarded the message from Wessex Water to keep us updated.
Used the site gym, swimming pool and evening entertainment. Found all enjoyable and staff friendly. Found the food at Manor Arms on the expensive side for what it was.
All in all we had a great holiday and would recommend this house as a great base to explore Cornwall.

A perfect family holiday
Just back from a lovely week in Cornwall. The weather was kind to us and this accommodation was perfect for all 3 generations of our family. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen and ample comfortable lounge space all tucked away in what I can only suggest is the best location on the whole site. Lots to do for all and many wonderful beaches close by.

Spacious, well equipped and in a great location
We had a great stay at this property. There were 4 adults and 3 children in our party and there was plenty of space for everyone. Although it is on a holiday park it is situated in a spacious corner, detached from other properties and very peaceful. If you want to use them it seemed there were lots of things going on on site but we spent all of our time out exploring Cornwall and the amazingly well equipped kitchen meant that cooking evening meals was a doddle. It has a really large fridge and freezer and I couldn't think of anything I would want in the kitchen that wasn't provided. I would really recommend this property and wouldn't hesitate in booking again.
