The house belongs to a group of houses set on a hill at walking distance from the seaside (100 m), away from noise and car traffic.
The property overlooks the rocky bay of Makari, in a gulf between Cala Mancina and mount Cofano where the sun sets. The house is arranged on two floors. On the ground floor: a double bedroom , a large living room with a sofa, a kitchen with fridge/freezer and oven, a bathroom with shower and washing machine. On the first floor: a double bedroom ,a single bed and a bathroom. This room opens onto a terrace overlooking the sea. Outside there is also a barbecue grill and a shower. There are panoramic terraces with seaside view on both ground and first floor. There is a third terrace on the hillside with a barbecue grill. The house was renovated this winter.The town of San Vito and the sandy beaches are 3.5 km (about 2 miles) away but there are near the house the beaches of Baia Margherita in the gulf of Macari. A restaurant overlooking the sea, “il Pocho”, perched on the hill is also at walking distance.
It is also possible to use the pool outside the residence at the Pocho (see photo) with a subscription paid by the property.

Great house and perfect location

We had a wonderful week a this house. Very calm and beautiful location, just a few minutes away from "busy" San Vito lo Capo. Very close to both the sea and the hotel pool, that we were allowed to use. Out three kids stayed on the to top floor in the house, and we on the entrance floor. Nice bathroom on each floor. Very easy and quick contact with the house owner. Easy logistics for arrangement with keys etc. All in all - an excellent stay!

Love this house

Are you looking for a lovely house with amazing surroundings - this is it. If you need peace and quiet. If you like hiking, snorkling, adventures. If you prefer lazy days with your family at the poolside or beautiful beaches, This place fulfill all your wishes. And it comes with the most beautiful sunsets. The house itself has nothing more to ask. Not overfurnished but offer all you needs. clean and cosy. The host is very friendly and helpful. We have stayed here 4 times. And will return, again and again.

Posizione ideale, casa comodissima

La nostra vacanza è particolarmente riuscita proprio grazie a questa casa, comoda , ben arredata e proprio a due passi dalla bella spiaggia dell'Isuledda. Non consigliamo di affittare casa a San Vito Lo Capo, ma qui, lontano dal traffico, dal rumore e con una vista unica che ci mancherà molto tornati a casa. La mattina è possibile fare il bagno presto, prima che arrivi gente, e la sera la vista delle stelle dal terrazzo è unica. Con l'auto è possibile recarsi nel vicino supermercato, a San Vito, ma soprattutto effettuare le numerose visite che questo territorio offre in abbondanza. Consigliatissima.

Amazing view, nice and functional house in quiet and well kept residence

We loved our stay , 2 weeks, and can warmly recommend the house, perfect for families! This residence is a little bit of paradise very close to San Vito lo Capo, and several beautiful beaches with crystal clear water. The owner was very nice, friendly and helpful at any time! The house is very functional, not over-furnished, and clean. You can enjoy amazing and dramatic sunsets from the patio and upstairs terrace. The location in the residence might actually be one of the the best. Cold bottled water in the fridge when we arrived was very appreciated! The outside kitchen on the backside patio could need some attention, and a table there would have been great, but except from these small details everything was perfect. We hope to wake up there again, and again.

Einfaches gut ausgestattetes Häuschen mit wunderbarem Ausblick und kurzem Weg zu einer kleinen Bucht. Sauberes Wasser, kein Sand, schöne bizarre Felsen daher Wasserschuhe empfohlen. Ganz nach unserem Geschmack ruhige natürliche Umgebung. Schnorchelempfehlung. Kompetenter zuverlässiger Kontakt auch vor Ort.

Einfach schön

Einfaches aber recht gut ausgestattetes Haus mit allem was man so braucht. Nette kompetente Kontaktperson vor Ort. Ende Juli relativ ruhiges Ambiente. Die Badebucht die wenige Meter entfernt ist, war vollkommen ausreichend für unsere Bedürfnisse. Klares, sauberes Wasser, jedoch dort kein Sand sondern interessante bizarre Felsenküste, also Schwimmschuhe empfohlen. Andere Strände sind gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen und können auch mit einer Bimmelbahn angefahren werden die ca. halbstündlich in der Nähe abfährt. Auch Tauchausrüstung lohnt sich. Insgesamt kann man sich dort sehr gut erholen. Geeignet für alle die es gern natürlich mögen und sich in ruhiger Atmosphäre erholen möchten. Zum Einkaufen und feiern kann San Vito lo Capo in ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto erreicht werden.

Casa comodissima in posizione straordinaria

Siamo stati a San Vito l'ultima settimana del mese di Giugno. Abbiamo trovato la casa molto confortevole con un soggiorno spazioso e sempre fresco, grazie alla circolazione di aria favorita dalle porte di accesso in posizione opposta: solo talvolta nel pomeriggio abbiamo acceso l'aria condizionata nella camera del piano superiore. Le camere sono comode, la cucina attrezzata, il bagno di sotto è completo anche di doccia e lavatrice mentre quello del piano superiore è dotato dei servizi basilari. La veranda di sotto e il terrazzo di sopra sono molto panoramici; la veranda sul retro è dotata di un piano di lavoro con lavello e barbecue incorporati, nonché di una doccia all'aperto. Il comprensorio, almeno a giugno, è risultato molto tranquillo. La posizione è superlativa: già a pochi metri dalla casa si accede ad un'incantevole baia rocciosa con una spiaggetta di sassi; a pochi chilometri si raggiungono le altre meravigliose spiagge dei dintorni e, con una gita in macchina di massimo un'ora e mezza per i luoghi più lontani, si visitano località di eccezionale interesse come la Riserva dello Zingaro, la Tonnara del Secco, Erice, i siti archeologici di Segesta e di Selinunte. Ma anche restare a casa a riposare in veranda o in terrazzo è molto piacevole. La signora Spoto, molto precisa e corretta nel relazionarsi con noi, ha sempre riposto con sollecitudine alle nostre richieste fornendoci anche interessanti informazioni sulla zona. Non abbiamo avuto nessun problema rilevante: avendo rinvenuto un piccolo guasto al lavandino della cucina è stato sufficiente inviare un sms alla signora che ha tempestivamente inviato una persona per la riparazione. In generale siamo stati benissimo e ci è molto dispiaciuto andare via. Torneremo senz'altro.

Una vacanza in paradiso

Casa vacanza bella, comoda, spaziosa. Perfettamente attrezzata con condizionamento caldo freddo. Terrazza con vista mozzafiato e mare cristallino a pochi passi. Pesce freschissimo da pescatori locali indicati dalla proprietaria cucinati al barbecue della terrazza posteriore e mangiati in quella anteriore vista mare. Vacanza da ripetere.

Traumlage, einfach, aber gut ausgestattet

Das Haus ist genauso wie in der Beschreibung, es liegt in einer traumhaften Lage mit Blick aufs Meer, ist einfach eingerichtet (keine Spülmaschine und wenig Ablagefläche in der Miniküche, Einrichtung schon ein wenig älter...), aber die Lage und viele kleine Details entschädigen dafür (Waschmaschine, jede Menge Geschirr und Urlaubszubehör wie Liegstühle, Badehandtücher etc., Traumblick beim Frühstück und auch von der oberen Terasse abends). Am zugehörigen kleinen Steinstrand kann man super baden, das ist ein Vorteil besonders in der Saison, wenn San Vito völlig überlaufen ist (nur unbedingt Badeschuhe mitnehmen, sehr steinig). Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich!! Maria antwortet fast umgehend auf jede Mail, vor Ort kam sofort jemand und hat uns an der Tankstelle abgeholt, am Ende kam noch mal die ganze Familie und hat gefragt, wie es uns gefallen hat, sehr sympatische Menschen, vertrauenserweckend. Bezahlung ging problemlos, einfach den Betrag überwiesen, wir hatten keinen Vertrag abgeschlossen und uns auf unser Gefühl verlassen - hat geklappt! Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen!

Die Angaben im Angebot sind zutreffend, das Haus ist gepflegt und sehr sauber. Die Küchenausstattung ist gut geeignet für Selbstversorger. Die Lage in der Nähe des Meeres ist sehr schön, der Blick von der Dachterrasse außerordentlich. Die Übernahme und die Abgabe des Ferienhauses haben gut funktioniert. Besonders erwähnenswert ist die Lage zu einem der großen Sportklettergebiete von San Vito lo Capo. Es ist möglich, zu Fuß in 5 bis 30 Minuten an die Felswände zu laufen, an denen es zahlreiche Routen aller Schwierigkeitsgrade gibt. Lohnenswert ist auch eine Wanderung durch den Naturpark Zingaro (15 Min. Autofahrt zum Eingang), in dem es wunderschöne Badebuchten gibt. In jedem der umgebenden Orte gibt es zahlreiche gute Restaurants und Agrotourismen. Ausflüge nach Marsala, Trapani und Alcamo sowie dem Hinterland bieten zahlreiche Abwechslungen.

Tolle Lage für Naturfreunde

Die Vermieterin wohnt nicht vor Ort; man bekommt von Ihr die Telefonnummer einer Kontaktperson, mit der man sich zu verabredeter Ankunftszeit an einer Tankstelle trifft. Grundsätzliche Italienischkenntnisse sind hier hilfreich. An- und Abreise haben prima funktioniert, Das Haus ist sehr sauber, einfach und praktisch eingerichtet. Die Bilder und weitere Angaben entsprechen der Wahrheit, nur der "Gemeinschaftspool" liegt außerhalb bei einem Restaurant und war nicht gefüllt. Letztes Haus in der Reihe, deshalb herrlicher Meerblick von der Dachterrasse, nur ein paar Schritte zu einer kleinen Bucht und zu den Klippen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Wenn man keinen Luxus braucht sehr zu empfehlen!

for Families, Climbers and Water Rats

Wir haben mit unseren Kindern (2 und 5 Jahre alt) zwei Wochen in der Ferienwohnung verbracht und fanden die Bedingungen für Familien hervorragend: Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gepflegt und bietet genug Platz. Das Gelände ist eingezäunt, so dass die Kinder sich frei bewegen können. Trotzdem ist der Weg ans Wasser sehr kurz und für Kletterer der Weg an den Fels so kurz, dass man das Auto eigentlich nur zum Einkaufen braucht. Wir kommen gern wieder.

I grew up in Palermo where I studied medicine and work in universities. I have two grown children, one lives in the US, the other in Milan. Also I in 95 I moved with my children to live first in Switzerland and then in Milan. This was the summer home where with my children we spent wonderful holidays at sea.

Why they chose this property

This house is a comfortable home for children who can play outside safely, away - close to the town for shopping or walk for an ice cream. Away from the crowds, it allows for the proximity to the sea not to take the car but you can go to the beach and return to home for a glass of water.

What makes this property unique

You can have breakfast in the morning and eating dinner on the terrace, admiring a beautiful bay overlooking the Egadi archipelago.You can swim around the Isulidda and with masks and fins to fish. And for those who like to climb, there are cliffs or caves to explore, 100 meters from the house.
