Bright, Spacious, Well-Appointed, Short Walk to Beach, Restaurants, and Shops

Come and enjoy our home away from home. Our condo has 2 spacious BRs. The Master BR has a king bed with ensuite. The 2nd BR has 2 twins with access to a 2nd full BA. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, so our unit can comfortably sleep 6. This is a ground level villa with a beautiful back patio for outdoor dining. Fully equipped, and newly renovated for a relaxing family vacation.

Our beautifully renovated villa is a short walk to the Beach, Restaurants, and Shopping at Coligny Plaza. With access to 2 pools and bike\walking paths, as well as one FREE hour of tennis per day at the Van der Meer Tennis Center.

Great place to travel with a family. The beach is a 10-minute walk away, and the pool is only steps away. The host was easy to communicate with. It was helpful being close to Coligny Plaza. Beach chairs were provided, but you’ll want to bring or rent any other beach equipment you may need.

This rental was okay. It was close by the beach and not too far for our trips to the Parris Island Marine base. The communication was satisfactory, but delayed at times because of the poor VRBO text only option. The outside areas of this and a few other rentals close by that I noticed, were kind of left go and run down. There was broken concrete, exposed piping, dirt and dust cumulating in areas, and just not swept or blown clean. The air conditioner failed on the day before our departure. Luckily, we had just one more partial day there. When I return to Parris Island/Hilton Head areas, I will also consider other housing options.

Thank you for staying with us and for sharing your thoughts. We are sorry you left feeling only satisfied with your stay, as we take great pride in our condo and our responsiveness to our guests. I do want to clarify a couple of points so future guests have accurate information. 1. The complex is under going renovations, but our specific building was completed in 2025. In addition, we completed an exterior inspection and cleaning both before and after your stay — there are no exposed pipes or broken concrete on the premises. If you saw issues nearby, we are assuming it was with a neighboring building. 2. Regarding communication, VRBO does not restrict us to text-only messaging. You were provided our personal phone numbers and could have called us or VRBO support. In addition, we monitor all VRBO messages and we responded to your 4 requests well within an acceptable time as noted below: - Your message on not able to find the unit. Responded in 3 mins - Your request for information on the pool access: Responded in 5 mins - Your request for a late check out: Responded in 8 mins - Your message related to the air conditioner: Responded in 17 mins 3. I do acknowledge the air conditioner failed the day before your departure; that was an unexpected equipment issue beyond our control. We had the issue resolved within 2 hours of you confirming there was a problem and has since been fully replaced with a brand new system.

We loved our stay in Hilton Head for Girl's Weekend! Easy check in and out. SUPER clean accommodations, well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and comfortable beds and furniture. GREAT location to walk to the beach, which we did every morning. Plenty of shopping and dining options close by, too. We loved having the pool as an option to just sit and relax, which we did quite a bit, as well. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great place to stay!

We were there for our sons tennis camp at VanDerMeer and this couldn’t have been more convenient. We had lovely stay and enjoyed the condo pool being practically in the backyard. Highly recommend this place.

Megan and Chris consistently communicated kindly and promptly, from booking to the last day of our vacation. The condo is beautiful and spacious, and incredibly clean. Not only does the property have two pools, one of them is just behind the patio. With three kids, this was so convenient. Perfect getaway

The listing for this property is very accurate. The owners provided everything you would need for your vacation to include some beach chairs and several games and books. We walked or rode bikes to the beach every day. We would definitely book this adorable place for a return visit!

We currently reside in NYC, but love the change of pace in Hilton Head Island. We don't get there enough, due to our busy lives, but when we do, it gets very hard to leave! We love the leisure of the beaches, pools, walking/bike paths and of course the golf that the island offers. If you love the Ohio state Buckeyes like us, you will find yourself in very good company in Hilton Head!!

Why they chose this property

Our main floor villa is spacious-at close to 1250 sq. ft with an extended outdoor patio, it feels open and homey. It's bright and the rooms are all very large. If you don't feel like walking to the beach for the day, you can simply walk out the back door to one of the 2 pools in the complex. It's a short walk to almost everything you need including a beautiful bike/walking path, grocery stores, and restaurants. If you don't have to drive anywhere if you don't want to! :)
