What better way to start your day, then to dive into the 7,5m x 4m chlorine pool! It has a depth between 1,2-1,9m and is surrounded by a terrace with 6 sun loungers and an exterior shower. The cooking enthusiasts between you will love the barbecue to prepare great meals while enjoying the afternoon sunshine. The porch and the terrace are both furnished, for your long holiday breakfasts and after-dinner conversations. The finca is fenced and there are direct neighbors.

The porch provides access to a spacious living- and dining room. If you decide to stay in and around the house for a change, you will find everything you might need, to prepare a wonderful dinner, watch a movie on DVD or satellite TV and enjoy the company of your loved ones. The kitchen is fully equipped, including an induction hob. The laundry room is very practical, as it counts with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. All three bedrooms (two of them with two individual beds and a third with a double bed) count with air conditioning. Two of them have a wardrobe and one has a clothes rack. There is a bathroom with a shower and another with a bath tub, both for common use. On request, we can provide a baby cot and a high chair. There is a pellet fireplace for colder days. In addition, a bicycle and a helmet are at your disposal.

Situated close to the Albufera natural park, it is an ideal hideaway for people who enjoy running, hiking and cycling, as well as for photography enthusiasts, as the area is home to great variety of birds and a photogenic landscape. The beach of Playa de Muro is relatively quiet: a dune area with fine, white sand, moderate swell and few houses. At either side, Port d'Alcúdia or Can Picafort, you will find any services you might need during your stay, like supermarkets, restaurants or bars. The attractive old town of Alcúdia, with its' romantic alleys, its' old city walls, the Roman theater and the lively Sunday- and Tuesday market, will offer some great amusement for the whole family.
