Casa Contenta .. House of Happiness! Recently refurbished...
Welcome to Casa Contenta.. House of happiness.... As teachers we rented this property every summer , for 11 years, and loved it so much we bought it in May 2016. It is a lovely modern 3 bedroomed coral bungalow/apartment, with all mod cons, including free WIFI & satellite TV and a communal swimming pool, 50m away. It is accessed at street level by its own front door. There is a Keyholder at your service for entry to the property and advice. The Coral bungalow is on the Urbanisation of Monte y Mar, 10 mins from Alicante airport and close to Carabassi Beach. An ideal location for a family holiday.
The property caters for a maximum of 5 people. It has 3 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin, 1 single,) plus a new double sofa bed in the lounge. There is air conditioning in the main lounge which circulates throughout. Ceiling fans are also available in the main lounge and bedroom. Off the lounge is a large new balcony with table and chairs and downstairs a private garden at street level. The bathroom contains a new walk in shower area but no bath. It is close to the communal pool and on a quiet road... Security grills/shutters are fitted to all front windows and doors for your complete safety. A safe is also available for use.
A bus service, from the main street runs from Santa Pola to Alicante…both places well worth a visit. There are local supermarkets, banks and a pharmacist all within walking distance. On Thursday mornings a regular market is held just a short walk away (10mins). There is also a park , within a 5 minutes walk, which has a children’s playground. Although only 10 minutes from Alicante airport the apartment is NOT under the flight path...

Why they chose this property
Set in the urbanisation of Monte Y Mar, Gran Alicant. A beautiful apartment, within walking distance of bars, restaurants, banks, cafes, pharmacy and shops. For a truly all spanish feel the village of Arenales is next door and can be reached by foot or a short bus ride. Alicante town itself can also be reached by a short bus journey of 20 minutes.. Allowing you to visit visiting Santa Barbara castle, the harbour and the old town, with its cobbled streets and numerous tapas bars.
What makes this property unique
Apartment is extremely clean and well catered for relaxing, sleeping and eating.. sun is on the balcony all day!! Everything is nearby. Pool, beach , shops , restaurants etc.. also extremely cheap to eat and drink!
