The accommodation was extremely comfortable and very well located with the added surprise of being opposite a delightful little park which was safe and very well kept. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything ( and more) that you might need. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were spotless. Who could ask for more.

I am so pleased that you had such an enjoyable stay.
The Meadows is a lovely bungalow, very well equipped with lots of space and comfortable beds. Good location, overlooking fields and park land, situated on a quiet road. Located within easy reach by car of coast and other attractions. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

I am delighted that you had an enjoyable week at The Meadows and hope that you will stay again.
Lovely homely bungalow, spotlessly clean and Charles had thought of everything. Had a fabulous break and the weather was surprisingly good for the time of year.

It's a pleasure. I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay.
Stanhoe is a small quiet and friendly village, well placed for our usual places to visit. We've stayed at The Meadows twice now and have already booked our third stay for 2023 which says a lot about how much we like using it as our holiday base. Would recommend.

Glad you enjoyed your week and delighted that you have booked for next year.
The bungalow suits our needs perfectly. Plenty of room and the location is central for all the places we like to go. This was our fourth visit (I think). As an indication of how much we enjoy staying here, we've booked again for later this year.
We were very impressed with the bungalow. It was probably ine if the best equipped holiday places we have stayed in.
Stanhoe village is situated within easy access to places of interest. We drove to Cromer, Blickling Country House, Norfolk Lavender, Bircham Windmill, Wells-near-the-sea and also had a great day out to nearby Sandringham.
We would highly recommend this accommodation if you want to explore the local area.
Overall, an excellent property in many ways. Somewhat disappointed to see that the broken toilet seat had still not been attended to, despite it having been raised previously by others.
A well appointed property with good quality furnishings and a high standard of finish. We found the beds firm and very comfortable.A very quiet spot with a mown field/sports area just over the road plus a play area for children. Dogs can also have a stroll there (normal rules apply).Although a little more outside space would have been nice, we happily shared our evening meal to the front of the house without being overlooked. To the rear there is a lovely view over the fields to the tree line. The owner obviously cares that visitors enjoy their stay and his communication was always clear and speedy.Lots of hidden gems on the North coast of Norfolk but we would particularly recommend Old Hunstanton beach from where you can watch the sun go down, Sheringham Estate for walks and Blickling Hall National Trust property near Norwich for history and gardens (plus the friendly pub in the village).
Excellent - but would have liked to have a leaving time of 10am instead of 9am which was a bit too early - as we had a 90 year old lady which takes longer to get her ready to vacate the bungalow. No communications whatsoever with the manager - did not see the manager at all.

Check out time is advertised as 10.00am on all the property literature. Many apologies that you thought that the check out time was 9.00am. We wouldn't have expected you to see the property manager unless you needed to. The property is self check in. If you had a problem there are emergency numbers to ring and any issues would be dealt with immediately
Great location, pretty villages, beautiful beaches.
Bungalow ideal if you have a dog as the garden is secure and there is a field directly opposite for exercise.
People in the village friendly.
No complaints at all
The property was very clean on arrival with every detail thought out by the owners. We had a great time in the bungalow and it was very well positioned to be able to visit all the local attractions.
The Meadows is in an excellent location, with the village of Stanhoe being very conveniently situated not far from Sandringham, the coast, and other interesting towns and villages. Everything you need is provided, apart from bath towels and a welcome pack. The kitchen is very well equipped, however it would be a bit of a struggle to fit six guests around the dining table as there is really only room for four. We had a very enjoyable holiday, and a comfortable stay in this slightly old fashioned bungalow.

Glad you enjoyed your stay. The kitchen table will extend to make it bigger. The lack of bath towels and a welcome pack are a temporary measure because of COVID. They will be reinstated in due course.
The property was clean, well equipped and ideally situated for explorig North Norfolk. The Duck in Stanhoe provided great food but booking is essential.
We stayed at The Meadows over the May Day Bank Holiday.
A very well kept bungalow lacking for absolutely nothing which made our stay extremely comfortable and homely.
Very peaceful.
Handy for visiting the coast and Sandringham etc....
Excellent communication with the owner.
We will definitely look to stay at The Meadows in the future as we did not want to leave.

Delighted you enjoyed your stay. We look forward to welcoming you back in the future.
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in the bungalow. The property was always nice and warm and would have been big enough for a party of 6. There was off road parking for 1 possibly 2 cars and the kitchen was very well equipped.
Perfect for our family. Well equipped, spacious for 2 teenage boys, safe for a dog. Nicely furnished and clean. Would visit again.
