Stylishly restored former fisherman's cottage in quiet location in central St Ives. Wesley Place is a few minutes flat walk from beaches, harbour, shops, restaurants and galleries, as well as coastal walks. Flagstone floor, handmade kitchen with Neff appliances, Clearview woodburning stove in living room, bespoke dining table for four, modern bathroom with power shower and heated towel rail, ultra fast Broadband and gas central heating. Small rear yard for drying area for wetsuits etc. One pet by arrangement. Parking not available at cottage but we are five minutes from a long-stay car park . We run a small business in the Midlands and bought the cottage because we have always had holidays in Cornwall with our children..they enjoyed the area as toddlers and still want to go there as teenagers!
Why they chose this property
We have always loved St Ives and bought this cottage ten years ago and lovingly restored it over many months, transforming it into a holiday home both ourselves and our customers enjoy staying in. It is in a quiet street near the centre of St Ives, being only a five minute walk from the centre.
What makes this property unique
The cottage is convenient for all beaches in St Ives, as well as the harbour. It is near to the shops, pubs, restaurants and Tate Gallery but enjoys a quiet location away from the traffic and crowds. There are no steps to climb up and down to get into the town and we have super fast broadband and a lovely wood burning stove!
