This beautiful spacious 1 bed, 1 bath apartment is situated a few minutes walk from the picturesque village of Peyia where you will find an abundance of restaurants and bars to suit all tastes including the local Cypriot dish Meze.
The apartment comprises of an open plan living/dining space with a fully equipped kitchen, wifi and satellite television.
The double bedroom has air conditioning and the separate bathroom has a walk in shower.
Boasting the largest balcony on the complex overlooking one of the 2 communal swimming pools and pretty landscaped garden. Equipped with modern sunloungers, sofa, table and chairs and parasol this is the perfect space to relax and entertain.
Paphos is only 15 minutes by car from Peyia Village and Coral Bay resort is only a few minutes drive away which hosts many more bars and restaurants.
You also have a choice of two sandy beaches only 5 km away, Coral Bay and Coralia, where you can sunbathe and relax or for the more adventurous types there are plenty of watersports to try out.
The village of Peyia lies on the south western tip of the lovely island of Cyprus and is probably one of the most colourful and interesting villages on the island!
Paphos is only 15 mins by road from Peyia village and Coral Bay resort is only a few minutes down the road.

Great apartment

This is a great apartment with everything you may need. The large balcony has a great view of the pools and provides an eating area, a sofa for relaxing on and 2 Sunbeds with an umbrella. There are also umbrellas and toys for the beach. It is close to restaurants and the village centre. The view down to the sea from the kitchen is lovely. It was easy to find and the owners were in contact to make sure everything was ok. We would highly recommend it!

Amazing place

Loved Peyia, loved the apartment home from home, everything you need for a perfect stay. Stayed in other apartment on the complex this one is the best. Lovely large balcony comfy furniture. Beautiful place to stay. We love walking and did a lot. Walked to beach on many occasions. Peyia is a beautiful village a few good restaurants easy walk takes 15 mins. Peggy’s for breakfast and The Grande and Savvos all food top class and very reasonable. Generally a perfect holiday. Can’t praise it enough. Booked for next year already love it so much.

Relaxing 2 weeks in this beautiful place

Lovely apartment that lived up to expectations and more. Comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. The complex is generally very peaceful but local shops are accessible within 10 minute walk. We had the pool to ourselves most days. Nice beaches at Coral bay. Great local taverna's if you don't want to drive but would definitely recommend hiring a car. The local bakery is a must visit. Bought my husband an amazing birthday cake there! We would book again without any reservations. Linda was very responsive to any queries.

Beautiful apartment in a quiet location

I stayed here with my partner from 6/6/22 - 13/6/22. This was my 2nd stay at the apartment as I had been with my parents in 2019, but my partner's 1st. The apartment is lovely and clean and equipped with everything you need for your stay. The complex was very peaceful and we enjoyed relaxing and sitting out for our meals on the huge balcony! Most times that we used the pool, we had the pool to ourselves. The village of Peyia is a 15-20 min walk away with lots of great restaurants to choose from - we loved the Meze at Peyia Tavern. We also went into Coral Bay for food a couple of the nights there which was busier but lots of choice. Paphos is also a 30 min drive away. Linda was a great host and made herself so easy to contact if we had any questions. We loved our stay here and cannot recommend it enough - thank you so much Linda! We will definitely be back in the future.

Fantastic honeymoon

Our first time visiting Cyprus and most certainly not our last. The apartment was every thing we needed and more. The complex was quiet during our stay so we quite often had the pool to ourselves. The temperature of the water was perfect for us too cool off in. The large terrace was ideal for spending our time on, we even bought a disposable BBQ from the local supermarket and used that a few times. All the kitchen facilities were provided to self cater but if you want to walk into the village we can recommend the Grande and the Old Cinema Tavern. The walk can be a bit harsh in the heat of the day but it's a nice walk and you get to see the goats on the way! We loved Peyia and would recommend a car to visit other areas. We particularly enjoyed a trip to the Aphrodite's Rock brewery company to sample some English ales! Thank you again for letting us spend our honeymoon in your beautiful apartment. Second stay

This was our second stay in this apartment. Again, a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. The apartment has everything you require. Only one thing it is missing is a bbq but I'm assuming that there is a reason for this being in a block of apartments. The pool was a welcome sight after a couple of hours of sitting in the August sun. A car is very much advised as it helps to travel around and see the local sites. We use it mainly to go to the beach during the day though which is a 10 minute maximum drive, if not less. Restaurants in Peyia Village are a 15-20 minute walk away where I find the value for money a lot better than in Coral Bay. We will be looking to return again to this apartment in the future.

The apartment was clean and perfect for what we wanted for our nice relaxing holiday. With the large balcony it was nice to be able to sit out eat have a drink in the evening and in and out to sunbathe without having to carry things down to the pool. Although popping down the pool was easy with just your towel. The area is nice and peaceful and there are a few restaurants within walking distance. If you want to travel a little further you can hire a car at reasonable rates but the bus service from Coral Bay to Paphos is very frequent and a day bus ticket is very reasonable for whole days travel. There is a bus that runs from Peyia to Coral Bay although we enjoyed the walk down (early evening when cooler). Many thanks to Linda & Kevin for the use of your apartment and we will certainly be coming back again. A wonderful apartment and a wonderful holiday. Thank you

The apartments at Andriana are in a quiet neighbourhood and we have stayed here three times, we stayed at E5 which has a large sun terrace, perfect for relaxing and the apartment is really well equipped with everything you need, we would recommend this to anyone and will be back later in the year

Spacious clean apartment, all you need for your stay is here, you really only have to buy food and drink. A great terrace to sit out on and sunbathe, eat or play cards etc. A BBQ would have been a bonus. An excellent pool area that is so easy to get to and the views down to the sea are so good

WONDERFUL!

We have just returned from a wonderful week staying in Linda's apartment. A very clean and comfortable place to stay with a fabulous balcony to enjoy the sunshine. We found the location to be perfect for visiting and exploring the local area. Great Restaurants and bars both within walking distance and also down in Coral Bay which was a short drive. Linda was very helpful on all levels and helped us find another apartment within Adrianna for our friends to stay and join us for the week. The complex itself was very quiet, pool was great, but unfortunately the Jacuzzi was not working, nor the gym equipment, but we were too busy enjoying the local area to worry about that. Just a small recommendation - It would be nice to arrive and have a small complimentary hamper to include, butter, bread, tea/coffee, milk and Jam so that you have something to have for if you arrive late and discover the local shops are all closed. Thank you Linda for allowing us to stay. We hope to return.

A LOVELY START TO 2019

Thank you Linda for the use of your lovely apartment a great base from which to explore the island in our hired car. Thoroughly recommend the latter to make the most of what the island has to offer. Too cold and snowy to visit the Troodos mountains though! 'Who would want to stay in Cyprus in the winter?' I can hear some of you asking. You know what - apart from the inclement weather experienced on a few days - it's a super time to visit. All the sites, etc. are open and you can experience visits without hordes of other tourists and the searing heat. Locally - a great supermarket was to be found in Peyia just behind the church and thoroughly recommend the Old Cinema restaurant for good hearty Cypriot food. The walk into town was easy. The car came in handy for everywhere else. Within easy distance of Paphos Airport especially when you are leaving on the 06:10 Ryanair flight!! Thanks again, Carol and Bob Hunter Scottish Borders

Nice Apartment in Quiet Area

Very nice apartment with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Excellent size balcony for relaxation, only downside for us visiting in November was that the sun disappeared from balcony around 10 am. Good sized pool. Some facilities did not seem to be available, like the jacuzzi and gym equipment but maybe because it was end of season, did not cause us any problems as we spent most of the time at the beach in Coral Bay. Eating out was easy in Peyia which was about a 15 minute walk from the apartment, slightly less coming back as mostly downhill.

The apartment had everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. It is in a quiet area although not far from restaurants and shops. The balcony is exceptionally good with lots of comfortable seating to relax. In addition to all these pluses it is also extremely good value for money which is something you can’t always say when talking about holiday accommodation. Would definitely visit again.

Exactly what we seen we got and more!!

The apartment was exactly as the pictures shown and the previous reviews were spot on the apartment had everything we needed and some of the residents we met were very helpful. Myself and my husband stayed there for 3 weeks for a family wedding, we hired a car which is a must, even tho Peyia which has resturants/bars and a supermarket, its only a 15 minute walk but it's mostly uphill and not the easiest for people who may struggle to walk, so a car is essential, the balcony was just great, waking up walking out through the bedroom patio doors and on the sun lounger is how I spent most mornings, the sun unfortunately left the balcony around 12.30/1pm, but it was just a short walk to the pool to sunbathe some more. If you didn't want to go to Peyia there were more resturants, takeaways and a kiosk on the main road which was a 10 minute walk on the flat. The Brewery Bar has entertainment on most nights and the staff go out there way to make you night special, Haris bar has really nice food cheap and the staff have a good sense of humour also a kiosk. Then there is the Coral strip, the endless resturants, drinking holes and shops and all the staff and people are friendly. The main supermarket Phillipos was reasonable as we were there buying essentials ( drink mostly :) ) This was my 1st time staying in Cyprus in a self catering apartment and I would go and stay there again, Linda who owns the flat was only a text away answered within the hour and there was numbers to call if there was any emergency with anything in the apartment, which we didn't have to use, definately a must for anyone visiting Peyia in Cyprus to stay at the Andriana Resort Apartments as the complex itself was very quiet and just what myself and husband needed.

Spacious apartment, Great host and wonderful stay!

We stayed in this apartment for two weeks and had an amazing holiday. The apartment is very clean and spacious and had everything we needed including little unexpected things like hair straighteners, a selection of books and a cosy blanket! The kitchen and cooking facilities were more than adequate for cooking if you do not wish to eat out every day, and the local supermarkets offer a wide selection of breads, meat, cheese, veg so no need to worry about that. Also don't forget to sample some cake or dessert from the local bakery that stays open til 11pm. If you want to venture out a car is much recommended, driving is very straightforward in Cyprus and we found parking very simple (and free) most places we visited. From the apartment you can drive to peyia centre, 5 minutes up the hill, coral bay 10 minutes down the road and Phaphos 20-25 mins on a relatively straight and easy road. The sun terrace/balcony seems to be one of the biggest of all the apartments I could see and again has everything you need to dine, relax, sunbathe (or stargaze at night!). If you get too hot outside you can hop back inside get a cool drink and enjoy the air conditioning before venturing out for more. There are two communal pools which we had to ourselves a few times, these were clean and well maintained better than most hotels we have stayed in so they are a welcome addition to the apartment. I loved the extra help in the form of a welcome folder (including maps and tips on local places to visit) a lovely touch to ensure all guests make to most of their stay. Linda was also very good at answering any queries I had before and during our stay, thank-you so much! If we get the chance to come back in the future this is where we will stay 👍🏻😀

Lovely Apartment

Really lovely apartment, good size for a one bedroom and great balcony, all with nice touches. You can walk to restaurants and the village in about 15/20 minutes. Coral bay is only a few minutes in the car. I would stay here again.

We have been to Cyprus before but really enjoyed staying in Peyia area enjoying the places we like to go to in that area but also finding new ones. Our hosts were there at the same time as ourselves. We were in a different apartment. Linda and Kevin went out of their way to make sure our stop was unforgettable. We didn't get a hire car. Big mistake. However Kevin dropped us off to the local shops as well as a guided tour of the area. We got a car the second week. ( Enterprise at Paphos Airport £235.00 for 29 days a bargain including extra insurance). The apartment had all you needed fridge cooker washing machine, Aircon that was in main room as well as the bedroom. Comfy bed as well as a double and triple sofa. The outside was all together to die for it was a sun trap in the mornings so out of bed hello sunbathing up until about 2pm in the afternoon, then it was siesta time lol. The local amenities two swimming pools including beds were lovely and warm and not too busy at anytime during the day. The apartment was well maintained and clean. Would I recommend oh yes. Superb location for a lovely apartment

What a great apartment. It has everything you need and in a great location. 5 minutes max drive into Coral Bay or a 10 minute walk into Peyia Village. The apartment is very clean and decorated nicely. The balcony is a real plus. We spent our mornings lounging around the huge balcony and ventured out down to the beach in the afternoons. If you are planning on cooking it has all the equipment you would need, although we always eat out as I am on holiday after all. The pool area was really quiet each day and we found we more or less had the pool to ourselves whenever we were down there. Air con and fans work really well in the bedroom. Overall we was more than satisfied with our stay at this lovely apartment. Would definately like to return in the future.

Kevin and Linda Heslop are the proud owners of their lovely apartment in Peyia. They bought their dream holiday home in Cyprus because of their love of the country and the Paphos area. Linda has strived to furnish and decorate the apartment to a high standard so that she and any guests and visitors can enjoy each visit, including the indoor space, the balcony, dining experiences and time by the pool. Much thought has gone into ensuring everyone's stay is provided for. Kevin has worked in IT for many years and loves his stays in Cyprus to wind down and relax after busy times at work. Linda works in the beauty industry as a salon owner and she and many of her customers love to the brilliant weather and lovely restaurants and night spots in the area.

Why they chose this property

We love the sun, food, sights and attractions of the Paphos area, have been regular visitors for years and have owned our apartment since 2009. We chose the Peyia location due to its proximity to Coral Bay beach and resort area, its lovely picturesque location and the nearby Peyia town amenities, tavernas and think its an ideal location for a holiday.

What makes this property unique

Boasting one of the largest balcony's on the complex with beautiful views of the pools and gardens with the mountains in the distance it really is a idyllic setting. The choice of private balcony and poolside sun bathing, outdoor dining experiences, beautiful furniture both indoor and outdoor including outdoor rattan sofas and dining table / chairs. Great location within the Andriana resort facing both pools and the lovely gardens. From the kitchen their is a lovely view of the sea looking down over the hills of Peyia.
