This beautiful three bedroom home with uninterrupted views over the sea and mountains is a front-row villa on a small development situated on a hillside, up from the beach, between Esentepe and Bahceli.

It boasts a large private swimming pool, flourishing gardens and large terraces with patio furniture and sunbeds, offering breathtaking panoramic sea and mountain views all around.

The master bedroom has a double bed, en-suite bathroom and large balcony terrace leading through an arch to an extensive roof balcony all overlooking the stunning views. Bedroom two has a double bed and balcony overlooking the sea. The third bedroom has two single beds and overlooks the garden. There is a family bathroom with shower downstairs and en-suite bath upstairs.

The fully equipped modern kitchen has all the essential features that you would expect from a modern villa. The lounge has panoramic views, a flat screen TV with DVD and video player with a stock of DVD films to watch as well as free Wi-Fi to enjoy more movies. Both the lounge and dining room open out onto the patio areas for sun downers and alfresco dining while you watch the sun set over the beautiful Mediterranean waters.

There is 175 units of electric and 5m3 of water included in the weekly let. The meters are read upon check-in and check-out and any excess usage deducted from deposit. Guests are welcome to monitor their own usage by checking the meters outside. Excess electric is calculated at 25p per unit. There are bath, face and beach towels provided and a Maid Service (change of linen, towels and cleaning of bathrooms) is provided for stays of 2 weeks and more.
