Beautiful apartment with fantastic sea views, wi-fi and private parking

Stylish, modern apartment in a very private and quiet location, with direct access into the centre of the port for restaurants, shops and beaches. From the spacious terrace there are panoramic views of the harbour and the mountains. Unusually for this area, the apartment offers private parking (very important in the summer months).
Bedroom one, with comfortable kingsize bed, opens directly on to the terrace, second bedroom has two single beds. Top quality linens provided.

Two bathrooms, air conditioning/heating, wi-fi and tv.

Unlimited high speed fibre internet and internet tv with a wide range of channels.

There are no additional charges to be paid on arrival. Linen, towels, cleaning and tourist taxes are all included in the fee you pay when you book.

Please note that the elevated location and views mean that there are steps involved in accessing the apartment and it therefore may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Blick vom Balkon ist fantastisch, man kann sich hier wirklich wohlfĂŒhlen.Leider wird (immer noch?) im Haus eine Wohnung generalsaniert. So wurden wir an drei von fĂŒnf Tagen von BohrhĂ€mmern etc. geweckt, auch beim FrĂŒhstĂŒck hatten wird diese "Untermalung". Die Vermieterin teilte uns mit, dass laut ihrer Information die lauten Arbeiten in der Wohnung abgeschlossen wĂ€ren - es war jedoch nicht so.Ohne dieses Problem ist die Wohnung uneingeschrĂ€nkt zu empfehlen.

One of the best accommodations I have had. Unbeatable view of Port de Soller and was super well stocked. Just a quick walk down to the the main strip. Really enjoyed having breakfast and evening wine on the balcony.

Excellent location with the best views of the bay, over the marina, framed all round by Tramuntana hills (mini mountains), equally stunning at night. The terrace is the centre piece and allows 4 people around a dining table whikst enjoying the views. Good space for 2 lounging on the terrace. The apartment was very well furnished and appointed with quality. Bags of good quality kitchen kit and a very useful second fridge freezer in the utility room to keep everything cold. 2 very good shower rooms and 2 good bedrooms, though we found the main double bed a little small as we ha e a superking at home. The short cut walk into town means a a few steep steps but you are at the marina in about 3 minutes. The parking space is a must as parking around there is a real problem

Had a fantastic five days in this beautiful, comfortable andwell appointed apartment. Location is great for shops, walks and plenty of places nearby for a coffee/drinks & lots of choices for restaurant dining. We had a wonderful stay. Short walk (with many stairs) to the beach, restaurants, etc. As others have noted the only access to the property is by MANY stairs. Other than that it’s perfect!

Wonderful!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. The location just can’t be beat, it is just a quick walk to reach the array of shops and restaurants along the harbor. The apartment is on a slope so there are a number of steps to navigate both getting into the unit and accessing the marina, but it is worth it for the views. Having a dedicated parking spot is a plus as well.

Die Kommunikation lief super und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und freundlich eingerichtet. Zur BegrĂŒĂŸung standen Wasser, Sekt und Milch im KĂŒhlschrank. Der Balkon mit einem wundervollen Ausblick auf Port de SĂłller ist herrlich, vorallem abends. FĂŒr uns war es perfekt. Ich kann diese Fewo sehr weiterempfehlen.

Einfach wunderschön

Wir, drei Freundinnen 50, hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem tollen Appartement. Es war perfekt, super Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin, außergewöhnliche hochwertige Ausstattung, viele liebevolle Details wie SonnenhĂŒte, Strandtasche mit BadetĂŒchern, umfangreiche KĂŒchenutensilien und dieser fantastische Blick von der Terrasse. Kleine Anregung- Wir MĂ€dels hĂ€tten uns noch ĂŒber einen Ganzkörperspiegel gefreut, dennoch alles bestens. Ganz vielen lieben Dank fĂŒr alles.

Great apartment with an amazing view!

The apartment is ideally located with an amazing view. Everything is within walking distance and if you rent a car, it’s easy to explore the North coast of Mallorca. The apartment is fully equipped and very clean. Also very comfortable. It’s perfect for a family with two children. Pat is a gracious host and vey helpful. Only one regret

Sehr schönes Apartment - leider MÀngel

Die Wohnung und die Lage sind wirklich sehr schön. Man muss ein paar Anstiege und Treppen meistern, hat dann jedoch einen tollen Blick auf den Hafen sowie die Bucht von Port de SollĂ©r. Auch die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist absolut in Ordnung und es gibt einen Parkplatz, was hier sehr wichtig ist. Kurz vor der Anreise wurden uns Bauarbeiten im Haus avisiert und eine Stornierung oder Preisnachlass angeboten. Da es schwierig war, so kurzfristig eine passende Alternative zu finden, haben wir den Nachlass akzeptiert. Allerdings war der BaulĂ€rm doch erheblich und hat das UrlaubsgefĂŒhl ziemlich vermindert. Zudem hat die ersten Tage das Internet nicht funktioniert, wir haben umsonst auf Monteure gewartet, die dann zwei Tage spĂ€ter auch kamen und den Fehler im Hausanschluss in 5 Minuten behoben haben. Dies war alles Ă€rgerlich. Ohne BaulĂ€rm und Internetprobleme jedoch eine tolle Wohnung.

schöne Aussicht auf den Ort und Hafen, aber zu teuer

Es fanden wÀhrend unseres Aufenthalts Bauarbeiten mit Presslufthammer usw. statt. HÀtten wir das gewusst, wÀren wir sicher nicht dort abgestiegen.Die Vermieterin ist angeblich davon ausgegangen, dass die Bauarbeiten im Februar beendet sind. Es wÀr schön gewesen, wenn sie sich vorher informiert hÀtte.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht

Leider waren dieses Jahr die nÀchtlichen Musik-darbietungen mit VerstÀrker in der Bucht ziemlich laufdringlich und ausserhalb der Wohnung unter einem der Fenster störte ein GerÀusch die Nachtruhe. Sonst ein toller Ort zum Entspannen und Geniessen.

Splendide !

Superbe appartement avec 1 grande terrasse avec 1 vue magnifique sur la baie de Port Soller. Tres bien situé à quelques minutes à pied des plages et des commerces. Attention toutefois beaucoup d'escaliers pouvant rendre difficile l'accÚs. Appartement spacieux, propre, joliment décoré et trÚs bien équipé. Calme tout en étant proche du centre. Place de parking réservée tres appréciable en pleine saison. Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter.
