With a capacity for 4 people, this renovated apartment on the seafront offers you comfort with air conditioning, a garden, and parking.



The apartment features 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (with air conditioning oriented towards the hallway) and the other with two single beds. The open kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, tableware, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, and toaster. The windows have mosquito nets and the bathroom has radiant heating. The living room with a fireplace gives access to the communal garden, equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue.



Our accommodation is located in Mas Pinell, a privileged area of the Catalan Costa Brava. Explore the charming nearby towns of Torroella de Montgrí, Pals, and L'Estartit. With the Raül Girona supermarket less than 6 km away and an excellent variety of restaurants within 3 km, you'll have all the necessary amenities to enjoy the delicious local cuisine.

Mas Pinell is a peaceful place, away from the commercial hustle and bustle, which makes it special. The nearest supermarket is 6 km away, and the town with more shops, stores, and restaurants is 10 km away. Towels are not included but can be requested at reception for a small fee. We’re glad you enjoyed your stay! See you next time!

Appartement très bien placé près de la plage. Calme et présentant une belle suite de pièces et une terrasse bien ombragée. Mais l'ensemble est vieux (vaisselle en partie ébréchée). L'eau chaude devant être remise en marche à notre arrivée, Des odeurs de fosse septique. Wifi défaillant en fin de séjour, chaines françaises annoncées mais accès seulement aux deux chaînes francophones internationales.On doit signaler cependant le suivi de l'agence immobilière agréable et prévenant.

Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié l’emplacement de l’appartement, son calme, la terrasse ombragée ainsi que la disposition des pièces. Nous avons bien pris en compte vos remarques concernant l’état de la vaisselle, le wifi, les chaînes françaises et les désagréments liés à l’eau chaude et aux odeurs. Nous vous prions de nous excuser pour ces inconvénients. Sachez que le propriétaire vient justement de séjourner dans l’appartement pour y effectuer plusieurs améliorations : la vaisselle a été remplacée, la connexion wifi a été vérifiée et renforcée, et l’accès aux chaînes françaises a été élargi. Des interventions ont également été réalisées pour résoudre les problèmes d’odeurs et garantir un meilleur confort aux futurs locataires. Debiera mejorar en diferentrs aspectos

La ubicacion No dejar alfombra puesta! No encontrar alimentos de quien estuvo antes, La cocina debiera reformar elementos rotos y entregarla mas limpia. En el baño no debiera haber nada de uso de otras personas.

Magnífica ubicació , zona tranquila molt a prop de la platja.

Estava ben neta i molt aprop de la platja, Tot i que hi ha zones comunes és molt tranquila. Vàrem trobar a faltar un rentaplats. Tot i que han reformat l'entrada pot millorar sense perdre el toc rústic que manté.

Tolle Wohnung in bester Lage

Die Wohnung verfügt über eine gute Ausstattung, die Betten sind sehr bequem, warmes Wasser zum Duschen etwas eng bemessen, kurzer Weg zum Strand und wenig Menschen über den Jahreswechsel. Netter Kontakt zu der Makleragentur. Insgesamt war die Heizung nicht ausreichend. Das Haus war anfangs sehr kalt, wohl lange nicht bewohnt. Es roch massiv nach Abwasser. Wir haben herausgefunden, dass man das Badfenster gekippt lassen muss und die Badtüre immer geschlossen halten, dann verliert sich der Geruch. Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen.

Leuk huis dicht bij zee!

Loactie Gemeenschappelijk tuin was oke totdat we een buurhond kregen die overal zijn behoefte ging doen! Baasjes niet alert om dit op te ruimen

Excelente ubicación

Es el segundo año que venimos a Mp llevant y su ubicación es excelente. Nos encanta la casa y repetiremos. Quizás el precio es algo elevado La limpieza es mejorable, en la zona de la chimenea sofá y mesa con lámpara junto a la chimenea había muchas telarañas. Sería necesario dotar al alojamiento de aire acondicionado.

Himmliche Ruhe im Oktober

Die Ruhe in der Nachsaison ist himmlich. Strandnähe. Die Umgebung ist wunderbar. Leider roch es in der Wohnung auch nach ständigem Lüften sehr Muffig. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist vor allen für das große Bett viel zu klein u. von daher ebenfalls sehr Muffig. Das Gebäude wirkt von außen teilweise sehr ungepflegt. Kleine Schönheitsrparaturen wären von nöten.
