Our beautiful apartment is located a few meters from the Ponte Vecchio. Equipped with air conditioning in every room 2 large rooms with 2 complete bathrooms complete Apartment kitchen dining room and large living room view monuments Dome Duomo Ponte Vecchio Palazzo Vecchio Giotto's Campanile Uffizi. Equipped with SMART TV 65 ’’ NETFLIX FREE. Washing machine Dryer, dishwasher, Cappuccino coffee machine toaster, microwave oven and conventional kettle is much more. The building rebuilt at the end of the Second World War on the banks of the Arno River allows from the living room on the 5th floor to enjoy a breathtaking view over the whole monumental city. From the windows and the balcony overlooking the Arno river sunsets can be admired and all major monuments including the Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Vecchio, Uffizi Gallery, Dome Del Brunelleschi's Dome with Giotto's Bell Tower

"Dear guest, thank you for your stay, but we must clarify the facts to ensure accurate information for future travelers. Our Vrbo listing explicitly states that the property has 2 bedrooms (not 3). The house can accommodate up to 7 people thanks to the generous space and configurations described in our listing. Since your group consisted of only 4 guests, the house was meticulously prepared for your number. If you had different preferences or wished to use the additional bed in the large living room, you simply needed to request it before your arrival. The same applies to the hot water: the system is modern and fully functional. Had you encountered any difficulty operating the controls, a quick phone call or message during your stay would have allowed us to guide you immediately. It is deeply regrettable that, instead of communicating with us while on-site, you chose to leave an inaccurate review. This unfairly penalizes a property that has proudly maintained an excellent standard for 10 years, backed by 80 consecutive 10/10 reviews.

Awesome location with a hands on host from start to finish ! Older unit with modern conveniences ac worked so well . On the river without harsh sun and loved watching the action out the window on the bridges . A market is around the corner and mini store across the street . I felt very safe and secure in the unit and it was steps to the shopping areas . Check in was seamless and host was readily available on what’s app.

I cannot say enough good things about this property! Everything was clean, well organized, and the view and location could not be beat!The beds were very comfortable, and the AC was a lifesaver! Many cafes and restaurants close by and most sites including the train station were 20 minutes from the apartment. The owner had provided some essentials for guests; milk, water, snacks and a bottle of wine. Exactly what we needed after a day of travel! I highly recommend this VRBO. Fantastic!

This is a simply gorgeous, spacious apt right next to the Ponte Vecchio! The hosts could not have been sweeter with welcome gifts of water, Prosecco, snacks and an Espresso Machine with coffee supplied. These little amenities when traveling make a big difference. Also, great AC which isn’t always easy to find in Italia.

This apartment is in an amazing location over the Arno River with a view of Ponte Vecchio. It is sparkling clean with comfortable mattresses and crisp sheets. The kitchen is fully stocked and quite modern. The thoughtful host left snacks out for us. This is one of the nicest VRBOs that I have ever stayed in.

This apartment was fabulous - right on the Arno River with views of the beautiful Ponte Vecchio bridge, the Duomo and surrounding mountainside. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with a nice welcome basket of goodies and wine that was so appreciated after our travels. The flat itself is very spacious and elegant, yet comfortable. Our host Alina was so helpful and great to work with. We had our family of five adults here and everyone loved the stay and would come here again! We highly recommend for your stay in Florence!

The apartment is super nice, this is the second time we have stayed at this apartment & we would definitely stay again, the views are amazing & it’s in such a great area within easy reach of everywhere you’d like to visit. This was absolutely perfect for our girls trip of 4! Apartment was clean and safe and the beds were super comfortable. The hosts were very responsive to our questions. We were pleasantly surprised with the bottle of wine, coffee, water, and snacks that greeted us. It was the perfect location for exploring Florence, and easy to walk to attractions or catch the bus. After we got back to the apartment on Friday evening, we opened the windows and enjoyed the live music coming from the Ponte Vecchio bridge…can never hear Volare enough! If we get back to Florence, there’s no doubt that we will stay there again.
