Our cottage is equipped with all the amenities you need to feel right at home, including a fully stocked kitchen, Fiber WiFi, and multiple TV's for entertainment. And with so many outdoor activities just steps from your door, you'll have no shortage of things to do. Hike the nearby trails, fish in the creek, or simply relax and take in the stunning views.

You'll have the whole house to yourself.



The Neighborhood:

We are on a quiet little gravel road, surrounded by flowing streams and plenty of cattle. The breeze on the front porch is delightful and the views are amazing.



Other Things to Note:

Our home is strictly no smoking. By accepting our terms, you agree to pay a fee of $150 for cleaning if the home has evidence of smoking.



Pet Policy: Max 2 dogs, sorry NO cats.



We don't charge a pet fee, as we are pet people ourselves. Your pets are welcome, BUT YOU MUST LET US KNOW IN ADVANCE. Please understand that we WILL charge you an additional cleaning fee of $100 if we find pet hair on the linens, in the bed or on the furniture. As some folks are allergic, if we find pet hair, we have to do a more thorough cleaning. NO EXCEPTIONS. In addition, should your pet urinate or defecate on the rugs, furniture, etc. you will be charged either replacement costs or $150 professional cleaning fee, whichever is applicable.



You must be in control of your pet at all times.

Do not leave your pets unattended, unless they are crated.

You are responsible for any damage made by your pet.

And lastly, please pickup after your pet outside.



Interaction with Guests:

We will be on the farm most days, but will give you plenty of space.
