The house is located in Sa Pobla, a town about 15 minutes from the beaches of Alcudia, Las Gaviotas and Can Picafort; and about 20 minutes from the Tramuntana Range which was declared to World Heritage Site in 2010.
The house is outfitted with all modern conveniences. The back patio brings lovely dappled light from the bushy plants and its central lemon tree. Ideal for breakfasts and quiet dinners.
It features roomy bedrooms, a reading room, a recreation and TV room, a modern kitchen with gas stove, even a bike parking room.
The town of Sa Pobla has about 11,000 inhabitants, of whom the majority works in services, agriculture and tourism industries. It has several supermarkets (Mercadona: 10 minutes' walk), pharmacies, medical clinic and a Catholic Christian religious service. Car traffic is pretty easy since the town has a circular road on the outskirts which facilitates the entrance and exit to the town.
Previous guests to this cozy place have been welcomed personally. I have your concerns and desires in mind. Likewise, I prepare for you some products of our land: homemade honey, organic products and local confectionery.

    Magnifique séjour

    Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Miguel. Miguel et Margarita sont sont des hôtes très accueillants et le logement est tout confort. Sa Pobla est un village à l'authenticité espagnole. Merci Miguel et Margarita.

    Sehr komfortable und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung

    Wir durften 10 wunderbare Tage in Sa Pobla in der wirklich sehr hübschen Wohnung von Miquel verbringen. In der Wohnung hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Etwas gestört haben uns die Moskitos im Garten. Jedoch hat Miquel auch hier mit Sprays vorgesorgt. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und komfortabel. Für unsere Kinder gab es dank der altertümlichen Einrichtung sehr viel zu entdecken. Der Garten ist auch mit Moskitos eine Oase der Entspannung. Miquel ist ein sehr zuvorkommender und unkomplizierter Gastgeber und hat uns viele Ausflugs- und Restauranttipps in der Umgebung an die Hand gegeben. Einen Tipp möchten wir hier nicht unerwähnt lassen: Das Restaurant Can Miquel, das nur wenige hundert Meter von der Wohnung entfernt liegt, ist mit seiner typisch mallorquinischen, unschlagbaren Küche und herzlichen Bewirtung unbedingt einen Besuch wert! Muchas Gracias, Miquel!

    Charmantes Stadthaus mit Innenhof

    Ein sehr weitläufiges Stadthaus mit wunderbarem Innenhof. Alle Räume waren außerordentlich sauber und in gutem Zustand- die Ausstattung ist gut. Der Vermieter ist überaus freundlich und charmant und sein kurzer Besuch (für einige Formalitäten) war unkompliziert und unterhaltsam. Es gibt andere Parteien im Haus, die zu hören sind aber nicht als störend empfunden wurden.

    home from home

    The house is very spacious, very comfortable, and feels like a home. Everything is provided including many little extras which add to the homeliness. There were vases of flowers and bowls of fruit awaiting us when we arrived. the situation is very convenient, being on the ringroad of Sa Pobla, and very close to the motorway. Our host made us very welcome and was keen to help us plan our exploration of Mallorca. A lovely stay in a lovely house.

    wie had great time in Sa Pobla and came in perfect time for the Jazz festival which was a good surprise! Miguel is a very good host and looked after us while we were there. if in Mallorca definitely coming back! thank you Miguel

    Appartement très fonctionnel et super accueil

    Nous avons passé un super séjour d'une semaine à Sa Pobla qui est une petite ville très calme et accueillante mais proche de toutes les activités à faire de l'île. Nous avons été très bien logés chez Miguel qui est un hôte attentionné et gentil. L'appartement est très grand et fonctionnel, et les voisins du dessus ainsi que leurs enfants sont vraiment adorables et très attachants, ils nous ont offert le thé à la menthe à plusieurs reprises, nous garderons un très bon souvenir d'eux.

    Schönes Haus & sehr aufmerksamer Vermieter

    Wir (3 Erwachsene, 2 Kleinkinder) haben vier Wochen in dem Haus verbracht. Es war alles wie auf den Bildern. Miquel, der Vermieter hat einen Kinderhochstuhl, ein Kinderbett & einen Buggy zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Haus war bei Ankunft sauber. Die Einrichtung hat großen Charme. Im Innenhof konnten die Kinder nach Herzenslust spielen. Zu Beginn gab es ein Problem mit der Elektrik, das umgehend behoben wurde. Für die Unannehmlichkeiten ließ uns der Vermieter sehr leckeres, typisch mallorquinisches Gebäck zukommen. Miquel ist sehr aufmerksam, zuvorkommend & stets ansprechbar bei Fragen. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es für die Dusche; beim Duschen läuft viel Wasser ins Bad (aber es gibt ja noch eine weitere Dusche) & dafür, dass es etwas feucht-muffig ist im Eingangsbereich/ Vorsaal (aber das ist wahrscheinlich so in diesen Häusern). Die Obermieter sind leider auch etwas laut. Da wir aber selbst mit Kleinkindern dort waren, störte es nur bedingt.

    Leben im Palast

    Miquel war ein unheimlich lieber Gastgeber. Da wir so spät ankamen am ersten Tag (nach 23 Uhr) wurde der Schlüssel hinterlegt und er hat uns sogar Essen im Kühlschrank gelassen, damit wir nicht verhungern! Am letzten Tag durften wir noch so lange in der Wohnung bleiben wie wir wollten, da unser Flug wieder so spät ging. Perfekt! Die Wohnung an sich ist sehr sehr groß und schön, außerdem gibt es einen schönen Innenhof dazu und man kann direkt vor dem Haus parken. Die Wohnung war sauber, es war etwas kalt und feucht, aber es gab Heizungen und Decken, und zur Not sogar einen Ofen. Außerdem Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Gasherd etc...es mangelt an nichts. Jederzeit würden wir wieder buchen! Die Kinder des Nachbarn sind etwas laut, aber dafür kocht der Nachbar frischen Marrokanischen Tee als Wiedergutmachung!!!

    Nette Ferienwohnung

    Uns hat es sehr gut in Miquels Wohnung gefallen. Das Apartment ist extrem großzügig über zwei Etagen geschnitten und der Innenhof ist sehr schön. Sa Pobla ist ein hübsches Städtchen und in das Zentrum läuft man ca. 10 Minuten. Das Haus ist sehr lebhaft und etwas hellhörig, was uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat. Die Ausstattung und die Sauberkeit sind in Ordnung. Vielen herzlichen Dank, Miquel!

    Sensationelle Wohnung mit hochwertigem Interieur

    Damit hatten wir nicht gerechnet: eine mehrerer Zimmer umfassende Wohnung mit kunst- und geschmackvoller Einrichtung und Gemälden u.a. des Vermieters. Uns fehlte es an nichts. Umfassende Küchenausstattung, Bäder/Toiletten, Schlafzimmer, mehrere kleine Räume zum Verweilen - alles in Top-Zustand. Im Hofgarten mit seinem eigenen Brunnen, Zitronenbaum, Teich und Bepflanzung lässt es sich vorzüglich frühstücken. Sehr netter und umsichtiger Vermieter. Fußläufig die Straße entlang kommt man auf einen schönen Marktplatz mit vielen guten Restaurants & Cafés (Paella + Tapas) – sonntags Markttag. Von Sa Pobla aus, dem Land der "1000 Windmühlen", kann man mit dem Mietwagen die Insel gut erkunden. Diese Wohnung ist für alle, die nicht den Tourismusrummel brauchen, empfehlenswert.

    Wonderful. A real gem and a great surprise with the size and decor of the apartment. Real Mallorca.

    Arriving at the front of the property on the western edge of Sa Pobla it was hard to credit what lay inside. Surprise after surprise with its cool spaciousness, its beautiful furnishings and its accommodation: 4 dining areas including the courtyard garden, relaxed sitting areas, bedrooms and bathrooms. We thought we were in a palace. Sa Pobla is well situated within easy reach of the coastlines of Alcuidia and Pollenca with their many attractions. Equally it is in easy reach of the many towns in the south and east of Mallorca. It is not touristy but does not lack a variety of bars, cafes and restaurants. It has 3, soon to be 4 supermarkets, one within easy walking distance of the house. Sa Pobla has a very simple street plan. Very flat with arrow straight streets mostly arranged on a grid iron pattern. Difficult to get lost in. It can seem very quiet until you reach the main square Placa Major where suddenly it seems all of life is there. Our neighbours were friendly and helpful. Miguel was exceptionally helpful with any minor problems we had as we settled in. He had a wealth of suggestions many of which we tried. He was generous with gifts of local produce and very welcoming into his Ca'n or Casa of which he is rightly proud. Some days when we were out and about we decided that returning to enjoy the house was a better option than continuing our explorations. We would return again without hesitation.

    Casa amplia, familiar y bien situada

    Bonita casa en Sa Pobla, un lugar tranquilo y bien ubicado en la isla. La casa muy amplia, limpia y bien cuidada. Ideal en este caso para nuestra familia con 3 niños. Hemos pasado una semana fantástica en Mallorca, el trato con Miquel fue excelente, muy cercano y agradable, nos transmitió mucha confianza desde el primer momento. Sin duda, volveremos!!!

    Grande maison confortable

    Tres grande maison,tout confort pour 5 personnes. A 15 mn de la mer,pres de l'autoroute. Bien située pour visiter l'ile .
