Casa Tra Noi is a completely renovated detached house with private pool located in the village of Loiri. The village is located close to Olbia, 10 minutes from the airport and the beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda. The house can accommodate 6 people and has its own parking.

The house is fully air-conditioned with both cold and heat function. Throughout the house and garden you can use Wi-Fi.

The kitchen has all modern conveniences including a dishwasher, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, kettle and coffeemaker.
The house has three bedrooms. All air conditioned. Two bedrooms are also equipped with flat screen TV.
Placing an extra bed is not a problem.
There is one large bathroom with double sink, shower, toilet and bidet. In addition, the house has a separate toilet.
The living room has a comfortable seating area and is equipped with Smart TV and DVD player.

Adjacent to the house there is a covered and furnished porch which gives direct access to the sunny terrace with swimming pool. The laundry and storage space is accessible from the porch. The laundry room is equipped with washer, dryer and extra sink.

Outside there is an outdoor shower and separate toilet.

The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood. Centrally located between Olbia and the beautiful beaches with azure sea. You drive on the highway within minutes, which gives you the opportunity to explore the beautiful island and reach the beautiful beaches.
Also, a trip through the mountainous landscape highly recommended.
Renting a car is advisable.

Fabulous villa

A perfect home whilst on holiday

It was such a treat to stay here and only 10 mins from the airport (& no, you can’t hear the planes once at the property) and Olbia. Supermarkets 10mins drive away and good value / choices. The house was well equipped. We loved the pool. Good comfortable beds. And had all we needed for self catering. We baked a cake for a birthday in the excellent combination oven (we did bring a round tin with us) but the kitchen had everything else we needed. We also used the bbq. Plenty of plates glasses cutlery. Dishwasher was fab. Donatella was a wonderful hostess and very responsive. When our daughter fell ill she helped us with where to go (which amazingly is 2 mins drive or 10 mins by foot from the house) and then there’s also a pharmacy as well in Loiri so we saw a doctor and had antibiotics in no time at all. Donatella even followed up to check on how she was - really touched by her kindness. It was a wonderful property and we were all thrilled with our choice.

Toll ausgestattetes Haus mit eigenem Pool, sehr sauber. Uns hat die etwas abgeschiedene Lage nicht gestört, im Gegenteil, es war sehr ruhig. Aber man benötigt einen Mietwagen. Unglaublich nette Vermieter, die sich um alle Belange kümmern. Wir würden das Haus beim nächsten Sardinien Urlaub wieder mieten.

Ein super Ferienhaus für die Familie zum entspannen und erholen vom Alltag.Es ist ruhig gelegen und bietet alles was man benötigt.Auch der Ort Loiri hat alles was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt zu bieten.Mit dem Auto ist man in 10 Minuten in Olbia und in 20 Minuten an einem schönen Strand.Wir waren rundum zufrieden und Donatella ist auch immer hilfsbereit, für den Fall der Fälle das man Fragen hat.

Sehr schönes Haus für den Urlaub auf Sardinien

Das Haus entspricht den Angaben in der Anzeige. Die Anreise und der Check-in waren sehr unkompliziert genau wie die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin. Das Haus ist perfekt für den Urlaub und zum abschalten. Den Flughafen hört man nicht und der Pool wird auch während dem Aufenthalt regelmäßig gewartet .

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l'ensemble, mais avons été un peu déçus par le niveau de propreté à notre arrivée. Le ménage n'était pas assez poussé à notre goût : par exemple, la chaise bébé était sale, il y avait de la poussière sur plusieurs surfaces, et certains recoins semblaient n’avoir pas été nettoyés depuis un moment. C’est dommage, car le logement est bien situé et plutôt agréable — un peu plus de rigueur sur l’entretien ferait vraiment la différence.Nous avons néanmoins beaucoup apprécié la maison : elle est idéalement située, à deux pas de l’aéroport. Les chambres et les différentes pièces de vie sont spacieuses, et la piscine/terrasse sont très agréables. La maison est très bien équipée : machine à laver, sèche linge, machine à café etc. La communication avec l'hôte était facile et sympathique, nous avons eu des réponses à nos questions très rapidement. La procédure d’arrivée était parfaitement fluide.

Es war wunderschön. Ein so gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus hatten wir noch nie. Es fehlte an nichts. Dir Einrichtung ist sehr liebevoll und es wurde auf kleine Details in der Deko geachtet. Man fühlte sich auf Anhieb wohl. Die Umgebung ist super. Man findet einen Metzger, Restaurant Böcker und Tante Emma Laden. Gern wieder.

Das Haus ist ein Traum und sehr zu empfehlen. Obwohl nur 10 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt, gibt es keine Lärmbelästigung. Im Haus ist alles, was man braucht. Der Pool bei über 36° das Allerbeste. Morgens früh oder abends spät noch schwimmen, ist unbezahlbar. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen.

Wat een heerlijk huis! Lekker schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Keuken helemaal compleet met mooi schoon servies en genoeg extra's. Bedden liggen erg goed en badkamer lekker ruim. Contact met Donatellla verliep prima, de vriezer deed het niet goed en als het goed is wordt er een nieuwe besteld. Verder alleen maar positief!

Beau logement, mais pas de luxe

Beau logement décoré avec goût et tres propre a notre arrivée. Literie au top! Cuisine tres grande, salon tres agréable, et laverie et douche + WC exterieur vraiment un plus. Piscine agreable qui reste propre Passées les 1eres impressions positives, certains points sont décevants pour la description dite " de luxe" : carrelage cassé dans l' unique salle d' eau et l' eau qui s' en ecoule assez mal, le WC avait de vilaines remontées, la porte fenetre de la cuisine qui est cassée, les moustiquaires qui sont coincées laissant les pieces dans le noir ( donc impossible d ouvrir les volets), la cour est envahie par les mouches, la planning de rammassage des déchets n' a pas été expliqué a notre arrivée, panne de gaz au bout de 3j, et aucune reponse aux mails par le propriétaire dans l application. Adresse fournie dans l application qui conduit a l habitation d un voisin a 50m dans une rue differente... Heureusement que la personne qui gérait etait tres gentille et réactive. Merci a elle

Jolie maison agréable pour un séjour paisible

Une maison charmante, au calme, d'une propreté irréprochable, avec une décoration raffinée. Il ne manque RIEN, tout est organisé pour passer un séjour en toute sérénité. Une voiture est indispensable pour profiter de l'île et pour faire ses courses. Ce n'est pas le plus joli endroit de l'île mais la maison est très proche de l'aéroport.

Die Wohnung wurde als Luxus-Ferienhaus angepriesen. Pro Tag wurden 250 € in der Nebensaison aufgerufen. Doch von Luxus leider keine Spur. Einrichtung IKEA einfach, Pool mit lautstarker Pumpe, die nachts so laut brummt, dass Schlaf vergeblich gesucht wird und Sofa mit nicht identifizierbaren Flecken, von denen wir gar wissen wollen, woher die kommen. Bettwäsche gibt es nur auf Anforderung und mit zwei Tage Verzögerung. Der Pool ist weitaus kleiner als fotografiert, 3x3 m und so eisig kalt, dass er nicht benutzt werden kann. Ferner fliegt bei Regen die Sicherung raus, so dass völlig ungewiss ist, ob nicht Kurzschlüsse die eigenen Geräte beim Aufladen beschädigen oder ob Gäste Stromschläge bekommen. Das angebliche Ferienhaus liegt nicht in Olbia, sondern in Loire: 20 Fahrminuten von Olbia entfernt. Nicht einmal ein Restaurant ist in der Nähe. Endreinigung bedeutet, dass die Eigentümerin dazu anhält, selbst für Sauberkeit zu sorgen. Den Müll herauszubringen ist OK und an sich auch eine Selbstverständlichkeit, doch seine Gäste anzuhalten, die ungenügend ausgeschilderten Mülleimer zu säubern, geht doch wohl zu weit, wenn eine Gebühr von 150 € für die Endreinigung verlangt wird. Wir können die Wohnung nicht weiter empfehlen.

Dear guest, Thank you for your comment. In all other cases, I would have tried to make amends. In your case however, you know perfectly well, I will not. Everyone who ever visited our house, has never made these kind of comments before. They are all lies, so I will not do anything with it. If you cannot respect our houserules, then you will be confronted with that. If you cannot deal with it and feel like you have to make up all these lies to justify your own bad actions, your loss. Hope you will find another house in the future that suits your wishes better. Our house however, will never be available for you again.

Schönes, sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Alles wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Sehr ruhige Lage. Auto zwingend erforderlich! Kleiner gut sortierter Supermarkt, Apotheke und eine Metzgerei sind fussläufig erreichbar. Eine Bar/ Pizzeria gibt es ebenfalls vor Ort.

Cette location est absolument parfaite. Elle coche toutes les cases du bien être avec son agencement, sa décoration, sa propreté, sa climatisation, sa terrasse et sa piscine. Perfekt, eines der besten Häuser die wir bis jetzt gemietet haben. Hier ein paar Details die uns begeistert haben: *gute Betten/Matratzen, sehr gut funktionierende Klimaanlage in 3 Schlafzimmern, Küche und Wohnzimmer, großer Kühlschrank mit sehr guter Kühlfunktion, große Dusche, Insektenschutz Netze vor den Fenstern und Terrasentür, schöner Pool, alles sehr durchdacht, der Vermieter hat sich viel Mühe gemacht. Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit der besten Hausmanagerin in Italien!

Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön und top ausgestattet! Die Küche ist ein Traum und die Terrasse mit dem Pool war unser Lieblingsaufenthaltsort. Alle Zimmer und Bäder sind sehr sauber und gut gepflegt, das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet (auch mit einer Waschmaschine, um die Strandtücher immer sauber zu haben) und die Küche ist eine der schönsten und bestausgestattetsten, die wir bis jetzt in einer Ferienwohnung/-haus vorgefunden haben. Ein besonderer Dank geht an Donatella, die Hausmanagerin. Sie hat sehr viel für uns möglich gemacht und hat sehr dafür gesorgt, dass der Urlaub so erholsam und schön war, wie er war.
