Newly built house 1 minute drive in al conil and 5 to the beaches conil car with wifi a conditioning and private pool and all fenced for the tranquility of children. In a very quiet area and a few minutes walk to Conil mercadona bars pharmacies ect
The house consists of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen and dining room.
The garden consists of barbecue, lawn and private parking on the same plot. Six zero six nine eight five one three four

Hola Alberto no hubo ningún error tu reservaste nuestra propiedad y el día entrada 3 tarde me pongo contacto contigo para ver qué hora llegas a la casa y cuál es mi sorpresa que me dices q as reservado otra casa ya ,como tú bien sabes tú mismo ablaste con página VRBO y ellos te dijeron que no Estamos obligados a devolver 1 pago porque la reserva fue realizada por ti y aceptada por nuestra parte y todo okk.si ubiese sido un error como dices seguro te ubieses devuelto 1pago .Ten en cuenta que llevo años en VRBO y no tengo ninguna queja de nadie al contrario todo bueno Gracias a Dios .muchas gracias saludos Alberto

Nuestra estancia ha sido supercomoda,por poner alguna pega decir que parte del menaje de la cocina es mejorable y que la iluminación nocturna de los accesos al barrio es inexistente por lo que no recomendaría ir y venir andando al centro del pueblo ya que queda un poco apartado

El chalet era muy acogedor y fuera del buchicio... La piscina un poco pequeña, y lo que si faltaban muchos utensilios de cocina. Por lo demás muy bien.. En general estamos contentos

Hemos estado dos semanas en este alojamiento y hemos estado muy a gusto. La casa está muy bien, se nota que es relativamente de nueva construcción. La comunicación con la anfitriona ha sido muy buena, en resumen, hemos disfrutado mucho la estancia.

Estancia en la casa de Isabel

Para una familia es la casa perfecta. Está muy bien, la piscina muy agradable y la parcela lo justo para una familia. A mejorar la puerta del coche que no funciona, la televisión que se apaga y da bastante guerra, y algo más de utensilios de cocina para el día a día. Por poner algún pero para mejorar. En caso de poder repetiremos sin duda. Gracias por todo

Because of Covid we did not meet our Host, everything was done via Whatsapp, that suited us fine. The Casa was as described and very clean, we made a couple of suggestions to our host on how to make improvements and she gladly received them. Just remember if you do book this casa to stay in to make sure when your operating the remote for the Electric Sliding Gate you do not have a Mobile Phone in your Pocket or Handbag as it KILLS the Signal

Hemos estado una semana en este alojamiento y destacamos la limpieza, la hospitalidad de los dueños, la comodidad de la casa y la ubicación perfecta tanto para ir al centro como para ir a la playa. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo. Han sido unas vacaciones perfectas. Muchas gracias sobre todo a Isabel y a su marido por su buen trato durante nuestra instancia allí.

Un precio muy razonable, el sitio muy bien situado, cerca de todo pero tranquilo y fuera del jaleo del pueblo. La playa a 15/20 minutos andando. La piscina es muy agradable. La casa tiene todas las comodidades que se pueden pedir para unas vacaciones y la casera era muy atenta y siempre dispuesta a ayudar. Muy recomendable
