DOG GUIDELINES
Dogs are welcome with a $125 fee per dog.
Dogs must be crated if left unattended.
Please keep dogs under control around the property, as local wildlife may be present.

• Parking: Up to 3 small-medium cars | Driveway slightly inclined
• Dog-friendly: 2 dogs max, $125 per dog | Leash outdoors & crate if unattended
• Guest parking pass for easier beach access
• No smoking/vaping inside; outdoor smoking limited to paved areas
• N0 On-Street Parking - day or night - HOA Rule
• Marin County quiet hours on decks: 9PM – 9 AM.
• Please turn off outside lights at night (when not in use) to enjoy the sea and stars

• Instructions sent 2–3 days before arrival (please do not arrive to the house without them)
• Guest support available 9 AM – 9 PM daily, with after-hours emergency assistance.
