Prachtig huis en zwembad, voorzieningen iets minder
Het vakantiehuis ziet er prachtig uit en is voorzien van airco. Het zwembad is prachtig en het water was perfect. Wat minder was is in het algemeen de voorzieningen. Er was 1 buitentafel die niet groot genoeg was voor 10 personen. We moesten de binnentafel naar buiten slepen. Er was ook maar 1 parasol waardoor niet iedereen in de schaduw kon zitten om te eten. Verder is er zeer weinig opbergruimte in de keuken, is er maar net voldoende keukengerei voorzien (van alles 10 stuks), waren er maar 5 ligzetels (voor 10 personen) en was de frigo eerder aan de kleine kant. De directe omgeving is ook niet zo ideaal. Alles bij elkaar hebben we hier wel genoten omdat het zwembad uiteindelijk echt wel top was, en de rest een beetje bijzaak.

Toller Urlaub in schönem Haus
Wir haben ihr mit 10 Personen eine Woche Urlaub gemacht. Das moderne Haus ist sehr schön in einer ruhigen Nachbarschaft gelegen und hat einen schönen Pool. Für 10 Erwachsene würden die Schlafmögluchkeiten ein Bisschen eng werden, sonst alles Top.
Auch die Schlüsselübergabe mit dem sehr Netten Kontakt vor Ort hat reibungslos und unkompliziert funktioniert.
Das Zentrum von St. Martin du Var erreicht man fußläufig in ungefähr einer halben Stunde, das Mittelmeer ist mit dem Auto ungefähr ähnlich weit.
Alles in Allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Prima tot uitstekend
Een pas gerenoveerde villa met een heerlijk zwembad. Wij waren met 8 wielrenners die graag daar in de omgeving elke dag een tour wilde maken in het voorjaar, eind april. Dit als voorbereiding op de Alpe d ‘Huzes. Mogelijkheden genoeg. Op dat moment lag de sneeuwgrens op ongeveer 1600 meter. Het huis biedt heel veel voor twee gezinnen, of drie kleine gezinnen. Mooi uitzicht. Hele kleine minpuntjes , maar dat is al doorgegeven aan de eigenaresse, ietwat weinig opbergruimte op de slaapkamers en in de keuken wat weinig kookgerei. Kinderziekte die gauw opgelost zal zijn. Heerlijk makkelijk huis.
Aan te bevelen:
JeanMarie is de contactpersoon, hij woont enkele huizen verderop. Vraag hem eens voor je te koken en laat hem zijn gang gaan. Heerlijke eigen homemade recepten. Doen! 20 euro pp. Dat doet een restaurant niet een-twee-drie na . Zeker niet voor die prijs.
