Set in Betlem in the Nort-East of Mallorca, this villa with private pool is just 400 meters from the sea and offers accommodation to 4 guests.
Enjoy a lazy afternoon basking in the sun on one of the four loungers, accommpanied by beautiful mountain views. The 7m x 3m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 0.7m to 2m is private. Next to the pool there's a terrace which is perfect for a small breakfast. However, the porch is a nice spot for a barbecue with your family. Besides, there's an exterior shower. Children will enjoy the garden with 60m2-sized lawn area. The plot si fenced and there are direct neighbors.

Indoors, a air conditioned living-dining room with satellite-TV (only German and Spanish channels) is open to a small kitchen equipped with vitro hob, oven and cooking utensils. The laundry has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. You can choose between three air conditioned bedrooms, two with double bed and one with a trundle bed. The latter has also a desk. The house has one bathroom with a shower. A cot and a high chair are available upon request.

Located in the Nort-East of Mallorca, Betlem is a quiet and small urbanisation. The house is 400 meters from the sea and the rocky beach. By car you can explore more beaches (rocky and sandy) lik Ca Na Clara, Caló des Ermitans or Caló des Parral in Colonia de Sant Pere. As Betlem is a quiet and small town, for shops or restaurants you have to go to Colonia de Sant Pere (about 4 km away).

Wir haben uns außerordentlich wohl gefühlt und einen tollen Urlaub verbracht. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber hat super funktioniert! Das Einzige, was sehr störend war, waren die Mücken, die trotz Mückenschutz vor den Fenstern irgendwie ins Haus gekommen sind. Wir haben uns dann etwas gegen die Mücken im Supermarkt gekauft, dann war es ok.

Es hat alles super geklappt, mit dem Mietauto über die Insel gefahren und Schlüssel aus Schlüsselbox genommen. Das Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern war super, der Pool schön beleuchtet und sogar ein Kaminofen war da. Holz zu besorgen, hat etwas Geduld erfordert. Die Lage war traumhaft und wir haben bis ins Schlafzimmer die Brandung gehört. Alles in allem, sehr schöne Zeit verbracht

Sehr schöne Finca mit kleineren Mängeln

Die Finca ist sehr schön mit liebevoller Einrichtung und insbesondere der Poolbereich ist nett angelegt. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt und nicht einsehbar. Leider war die Küche weder gut ausgestattet (z.B. kein Schneidemesser, sehr veraltetes Inventar) noch gut geputzt.

La ubicación perfecta para pasar unos días en familia cerca del mar y la montaña y descubrir pequeñas calas con muy poca gente. La casa ofrece todas las comodidades para una familia en vacaciones: cocina equipada, suficientes habitaciones, aire acondicionado para los días de más calor y espacio exterior con piscina. Aunque en la zona había mosquitos con antimosquitos en las habitaciones lo solucionamos. Además, los propietarios están muy pendientes de cualquier problema. El viento estropeó una sombrilla y al díasiguiente ya teníamos una nueva.

Einfach mal ausspannen

Sehr ruhig und beschaulich, man kann schön am gepflegten Pool entspannen. Wandern und Rad fahren sind auch gut möglich. Wenn man auch etwas sehen will (z.B. Portocristo, Artà, Coves d‘Artà, Sineu mit Bauernmarkt am Mittwoch) und kein passionierter Radfahrer ist, sollte man ein Auto dabei haben. Es gibt nur ein Restaurant im Örtchen. Abends sollte man den Sonnenuntergang auf der Dachterrasse genießen. Später lohnt ein Blick in den Sternenhimmel. Hinweis: viele Mücken, wen das stört, sollte vorsorgen.
