Ground floor house with private entrance on the beach:

THE HOUSE IS TOTALLY SOUNDPROOF BY THE NOISES OF THE UPPER FLOOR ALWAYS MY OWN.

Composed of living room, double bedroom, bedroom, bathroom, living room, veranda facing the sea, gazebo with table and barbecue.
The house consists of a living area with a kitchen equipped with all comforts (dishwasher - stove - oven - and dishes) bathroom with shower, double bedroom with wardrobe, bedroom with 3 single beds and wardrobe. The living room is equipped with two sofas, table, TV, heat pump. The outdoor area consists of a veranda facing the sea where you can enjoy the spectacle of the sea during sunrise and have a peaceful breakfast with a breathtaking view. Outside there is also a shower; the house is characterized by the presence of a gazebo with a marble table for 8/10 people and a barbecue. The apartment is equipped with everything needed for living there (pots, glasses, plates, towels, tablecloths and more). In the house there is WI-FI CONNECTION.

My intention is to make my guests feel as if they are in their own home with all the comforts and services that I can offer, making myself available for anything.

Access to the house in the private condominium is via a gate where you will find private parking inside. The village is equipped with services located at the marina, reachable in 10 minutes on foot, bar, boat and dinghy rental, tobacconist, restaurant pizzeria, steakhouse, ice cream parlor and evening entertainment for young and adults. You can spend a pleasant period of relaxation on the beach in front along 4 simple steps.

Reservations are accepted with a minimum of 6 nights / 7 days, pets are not allowed, and smoking is not allowed inside the house. The house has an internal parking.


Check in must take place on the day of arrival from 15.00 to 22.00. We guarantee maximum availability in meeting needs at different times than specified, however such requests will be communicated in time to the owner. We kindly ask you to allow check out by 10.00 on the day of departure, to allow the accommodation and preparation of the house for arriving guests.

Tolles Haus in perfekter Strandlage

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Tolles Haus, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Serenella ist eine herzliche Gastgeberin. Sie hat für alles wertvolle Tipps! Très bonne maison de vacances sur la plage.

Tout a été parfait, la maison son emplacement, l'ameublement l'electro-ménager, la propreté, l'accueil. Les villages aux alentours avec d'excellents restaurants.....seul bémol, les voisins copropriétaires plutôt désagréables.......les chiens même petits doivent être tenus en laisse dans le jardin et ça on n'avait pas été prévenus......Très bon séjour malgré tout !

Einschlafen und erwachen mit dem sanften Geräusch der Wellen

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines vier Familienhauses mit separatem Eingang. Sie liegt direkt am Meer, verfügt über einen grossen Garten, Aussendusche und gedeckten Sitzplatz mit Grillmöglichkeit. Ein Parkplatz steht neben dem Haus auf dem abgesperrten Gelände zur Verfügung. Die Küche ist zweckmässig eingerichtet, das Badezimmer mit Dusche, WC, Bidet, Lavabo und WM wurde vor Kurzem neu renoviert. Die Sonnenaufgänge, die direkt vom Masterbedroom aus zu bestaunen sind, sind einfach traumhaft und das Ganze gepaart mit dem sanften Geräusch der Wellen! Ein weiteres Zimmer mit drei Einzelbetten steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Das Wohn-/Esszimmer mit direktem Ausgang zum Sitzplatz und Garten ist ebenfalls zweckmässig eingerichtet und verfügt neben gutem WiFi auch über einen TV. Der Gastgeber Andrea war stets erreichbar und ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir werden sicherlich wieder kommen! Grazie Andrea :-)

Casa sul mare molto accogliente

Andrea ,è stato un proprietario estremamente professionale e tempestivo nel soddisfare le Nostre esigenze . La signora Serenella ci ha accolto dandoci tutte le informazioni sull’appartamento e sulla zona in modo esaustivo., è sempre stata molto Gentile e disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta . L’appartamento lo consigliamo Vivamente anche a famiglie numerose( noi abbiamo 3 bimbe ), è accogliente, una bella veranda dove poter mangiare con vista mare, un bel giardino con sdraio private , 2 camere graziose e 1 bagno nuovo. L’unico consiglio che vorremmo dare è sostituire la cucina a gas con una a norma . Grazie di tutto Andrea , porteremo la Sardegna nel cuore!

Meeresrauschen pur

Herrliche Lage: aufwachen mit Aussicht aufs glitzernde Meer, einschlafen mit Meeresrauschen. Der Strand vor dem Haus ist sicher nicht der schönste, in der Nähe gibt es aber herrliche. Die Kleinstadt Pula in 5 Min. Fahrdistanz bietet gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ein gutes Angebot von Restaurants, welche auch im Oktober noch geöffnet sind. Zwei kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge zur Wohnung: WLan funktioniert nicht - Signal meldet sich an und ab im Sekundentakt, von den Liegen waren zwei defekt, nur noch eine zu gebrauchen.

Schöne gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in (sehr) ruhiger Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, das Bad ist neu. Klimaanlage funktioniert tadellos, hatten wir allerdings selten benutzt. Liegen sind ebenfalls vorhanden, zusätzliche Auflagen für die Liegen wären das i-Tüpfelchen an Ausstattung, da das liegen nur mit Handtuch mit der Zeit etwas unbequem wird. Positiv an der Lage: Direkt am kleinen Strand, ruhig, perfekt zum Entspannen. Negativ an der Lage: Fußläufig ist nur ein einziges Restaurant im kleinen Hafen zu erreichen, welches allerdings auch nur wenig frequentiert ist, Geschäfte gibt es im kleinen Ortsteil nicht. Man ist in jedem Fall auf ein Auto angewiesen, um im benachbarten Pula (ca. 3 km) einzukaufen oder zu essen. Da dies alles in der Beschreibung steht, gibt es für die Lage 4 Sterne. Sehr schön ist die Terasse mit Markise, so dass man dort wunderbar frühstücken kann, ein Grill ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Tolle Ferienwohnung

Wunderschöne Woche mit viel baden, schöner Strand mit wenig Leuten, saubere Wohnung mit allem was man braucht, Supermarkt 5 min. Entfernt, Auto wird benötigt, w-lang ist sehr begrenzt und mit 2 Teenagern kaum auszuhalten, Restaurants in der nähe, bootsverleih 2 min. Entfernt im Hafen (sehr zu empfehlen!) Wunderschöne, idyllische und ruhige Strandwohnung

Wir verbrachten als Familie einen tollen Urlaub in dieser wunderschön gelegenen Wohnung direkt am Meer. Strand schmal, aber sandig und sauber. Netter Kontakt zu den Nachbarn, saubere und ordentliche Unterkunft, Einschlafen mit Meeresrauschen. Unkomplizierter, netter und immer freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in herrlicher Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist komfortabel ausgerüstet und perfekt für 3-4 Personen. Auf der überdachten Terrasse haben wir alle Mahlzeiten genossen. Die Aussicht aufs Meer ist traumhaft und der Strand nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Zum Sonnen auf dem Rasen standen uns Liegen zur Verfügung. Der Garten ist gepflegt und hübsch angelegt. Eine Außendusche ist nach dem Bad im Meer ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Fewo liegt in einer absolut ruhigen Lage in einem gepflegten Wohnviertel. Einziges Manko, Geschäfte und Restaurants sind nicht in unmittelbarer Nähe, ein Auto ist von daher absolut notwendig.

SVEGLIARSI COL MARE, VIVERE IL MARE, ADDORMENTARSI COL MARE ...

Siamo stati in questo splendido posto una settimana (giugno 2018). ACCOGLIENZA E PADRONI DI CASA. La casa è molto accogliente (nelle foto attuali rende meno di come è in realtà). Andrea e Federica sono due splendidi padroni di casa che ci hanno accolto e coccolato in modo sublime. Sono molto attenti alle esigenze e disponibili per ogni richiesta. TOP! Ragazzi complimenti, è così che si gestisce una struttura turistica, farete tanta strada! Veniamo alla LOCATION. Ti svegli, fai colazione sotto al portico vista mare, tuo figlio può scorrazzare nel giardino privato (recintato) che è molto ben curato (adorabile la sensazione di poter alzarsi e "vivere scalzi" tutto il giorno! ). Scendi tre scalini e sei sulla piccola spiaggia davanti a casa. Fai 5 metri e sei in mare. Ed è il mare della Sardegna, con i suoi colori splendidi e le sue trasparenze da vera piscina. SPIAGGE: In meno di 30 minuti sei su tutte le spiaggia più belle della parte sud della Sardegna. Da Chia, Su Giudeu, Tuerredda e pertanto è possibile ogni giorno esplorare zone nuove. VIVERE IL MARE. E' questo lo spirito giusto per affrontar questa location secondo me. Senza particolari fronzoli (come mondanità non è la costa Smeralda). Ti svegli col mare, vivi il mare e ti addormenti con il mare. Per me è impagabile (e già mi manca) il suono del mare mentre mi addormento. CONSIGLI PAESAGGISTICI: alzati una volta prima dell'alba e goditi il sorgere del sole direttamente dal tuo giardino o dalla spiaggia sottostante. Soffermati la sera a guardare per alcuni minuti la volta celeste. Solo in Sardegna sono riuscito a vedere così tante stelle da una parte all'altra dell'orizzonte visivo. Spettacolare !!! Consiglio vivamente questa struttura e ringrazio nuovamente Andrea e Federica per la splendida accoglienza. Di sicuro ci vedremo nuovamente, presto e spero per più di una settimana. Lorenzo V.
