This three bedroom cottage sleeps six in three bedrooms and is just a five minute stroll from the local pub in St Ewe
Trelan is a luxurious and elegant period cottage, stuffed with character, exposed beams, wood floors, deep set windows with shutters and latch doors. Sleeping six in three bedrooms, the king- size en suite room and twin room both have DVD/TV and there is a further double bedroom. There is a family bathroom, downstairs there are two sitting rooms, one with dining area and a separate kitchen. Outside there is an enclosed garden with lawn and patio for Al fresco dining and secure storage for bikes and surfboards. Parking for two cars off road and garage.
Amenities: Oil fired central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, washer dryer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee machine. WiFi, iPod dock, DAB radio. Board games. Two hair dryers. Bed linen and towels inc in rent. Power and fuel inc in rent. Travel cot and stairgate available. Parking for two cars. Secure storage for surfboards and bikes. Enclosed garden with lawn and slate paved terrace with outdoor garden furniture and charcoal barbecue. Sorry, no pets or smoking. Pub less than 5 minute walk away.

Stunning walks lead along the coast in both directions, with sandy beaches, high cliffs and hidden coves to explore. The village has an excellent selection of pubs and restaurants, whilst just up the road are the Lost Gardens of Heligan. A ferry from Mevagissey to Fowey also runs daily between Easter and September.
