Mooie locatie, alles dichtbij en mooi uitzicht. Huis is wel gedateerd qua interieur en de tuin had weinig sfeer, wat zonde is omdat de plek geweldig is. Interieur zou een opfris beurt kunnen krijgen en de tuin sfeervoller door bijvoorbeeld verlichting en mooie bloempotten. In de tuin kapotte verlichting en rommelig. Zwembad is fantastisch . Ook het solarium was sfeerloos en daardoor niet uitnodigend om te gaan zitten. Heel jammer want het is een geweldige plek!! Er zou zoveel meer van dit huis gemaakt kunnen worden !

plutôt satisfaits

Les points négatifs, elle devrait être rafraichie, il manque quelques équipements, quelques livres, quelques décorations et un peu plus d'essuies mains et vaisselle serait un plus. Les points positifs, la maison est spacieuse pour l'Espagne, la piscine est de belle taille et entretenue par un pro. toutes les semaines,le propriétaire est à l'écoute et surtout la vue est splendide, on y voit l'aéroport sans en avoir la gène, on voit Alicante et San joan et bien sûr une belle vue sur mer, sans même devoir monter au très grand solarium.

Très agréable séjour. Superbe Villa

Nous avons passé un super séjour de 3 semaines dans la villa. Elle est spacieuse. Propre et très agréable. Le propriétaire nous a accueilli comme convenu, il nous a fourni toutes les informations nécessaires et nous a invité à le contacter si besoin, nous le remercions pour sa gentillesse. La piscine a permis à tous de passer de super bons moments. Un très grand barbecue pour régaler toute la famille. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Tres belle propriété proche du centre commercial et de la cote. Magnifique proprietaire tres accueillant tres gentil,vous accueil le premier jour pour le tour de proprieté est trs a l'écoute pour le moindre souci ou question.
