Accogliente Loft di design a 5 minuti da Piazza Navona e Pantheon
Beautiful loft on two levels, recently renovated and whose work in press in the journal architectures. The apartment is part of a historic palace of '500 in the District Bridge, the courtyard has a facade with drawings Caravaggeschi. Here you can see a small door that belonged to the ashlar house of Messer Carlo Gualteruzzi from Fano, a man of letters in Rome 500 The windows overlook the courtyard of this beautiful Baldassarre Peruzzi, then you can enjoy while staying in the heart of Rome a great silence. As you enter this apartment you are in a big living room to great effect. Here is a sofa that can become a double bed, a plasma TV with digital terrestrial and satellite signals, a table design where you can eat comfortably in four but possibly extendable to eight. On the same level there is a kitchen superaccessoriata .Ferro by stretch-wifi throughout house

We absolutely loved everything about the wonderful Space House- it’s clever design providing so much space, it’s beautiful appointments, it’s incredible cleanliness and the kindness of the hostess. It was simply a perfect beautiful apartment!Laura met us for check in making it super easy. She helped us with a taxi to the airport upon departure and was most kind helping us any time we asked. The Space House proved to be our favorite location with incredible restaurants steps away and all the wonders of Rome within easy walking distance. We will be back without a doubt.
Looks just like the pictures, it’s whimsical and fun. Great location and within walking distance to shopping, food, and all the attractions. Bus stop nearby for trips to farther neighborhoods. Laura was a great communicator. The front door is…very European and can sometimes be a challenge but we never fully were locked out. Would definitely stay again!
We had an amazing time in Rome and this property was a perfect location! It is clean, comfortable and a great location. We walked everywhere! I would recommend this property and stay again!
My son and I enjoyed our stay at this updated unique unit in an excellent location. The host was welcoming and patient as our flight was delayed. We could walk to just about everything.

Thanks for your stay! It is very pleasure know you!
The apartment is great and in a great location. My favorite part of Rome to be. The apartment was just as described and we had no issues. Our host checked in on us a few times, which is always appreciated. I would definitely stay here again, if given the chance!
Stayed here with my college age daughter. Great location for all the major attractions of Rome. Just off the beaten path so was quiet at night but only a few steps from the activity at Piazza Navona.
My husband, daughter and I stayed for a short stay. The apartment was perfect for our needs, immaculately clean, very well stocked, location brilliant. We had amazing cafes, restaurants, enotecas and gelaterias right at our doorstep. Location was great for major sights. Checkin was great with Laura. Highly recommended.
Great location and interesting design of the apartment. There was a double bed and a double pull out couch in the main living area, plus a single bed upstairs.
The location of this apartment is awesome. Right in the middle of the historic center with numerous restaurants and stores. The apartment was spotless and our host was very helpful.
Lovely, comfortable apartment in a great location , easy- walking access to famous historical buildings, museums, shops and tons of great restaurants. The apartment was equipped with everything .
This space home was perfect for our Rome stay, right in the heart of all the action. Wonderful restaurants and just steps from piazza Navona. Laura met us for check in and was thorough showing us all of the apartment’s amenities. Would highly recommend and would love to return!
Fantastic accommodations in the middle of everything. Walking distance to all must see sights. Phenomenal dining for all meals. Home was easy access, very secure, bright,, super clean and loaded with everything needed. Host was personable, quick communication and extremely knowledgeable.
I stayed in Rome for a month in this apartment and it exceeded my expectations. The design of the apartment is unique and makes very good use of all of the space. It is very clean and had all the amenities that I was looking for. The host is kind and very responsive. I thoroughly enjoyed the neighborhood and location. It’s an easy walk to most of the sites in Rome. The bed is comfortable and the linens are nice. I highly recommend staying here.
Very unique space, in perfect location for Rome visitors. We were staying during a very unusual heat wave, and being in a historic building, the AC had a hard time keeping up. Owner had 2 small fans to help which was much appreciated. Also being a historic building, we had to be mindful of how many items were plugged in at one time, which I totally understand, but affected my rating just a bit. Owner (Laura) was very helpful with advice and communication up to our stay, offering us a location to store luggage before check-in, and she even met us early since we arrived before check-in. If you're looking for a unique experience, this is a great space. You cannot beat the location!
We enjoyed our 6 nights in this small apartment, sharing with our teenage daughter. The location is perfect with old cobbled streets and lots of boutique shopping and restaurants within a few mins walk.
The apartment has a very unusual modern design in such an old building as they have squeezed 2 floors into 1 high ceiling room. Very good use of space. The main queen sized bed is one of the best beds I have ever slept on as it is very very firm (just needs a few more or new pillows). Only very minor concern for us is the noise pollution, this apartment is in the centre of the city and a lot of noise can leak into the apartment late into the night....so not a place for light sleepers. Overall a perfect location to explore old Rome and recommended
Unique and centrally located apartment in the heart of the city.
Centrally located in one of the best areas of Rome this modern deco apartment is unique in its function and design. It is located within a building built in the 1600s with original wood beams juxtaposed with post modern design that is a wonder to behold. The property owner, Laura, was very accommodating and responsive. The apartment came fully equipped with modern appliances (full sized refrigerator, washer\dryer combo and dishwasher. A ductless style AC unit is also in the unit but we did not need to use it as the nighttime temperatures in early October were cool with the windows open. It is an old building with wide cavernous spaces and courtyards that can reverberate noises particularly the clanking of the iron gate that leads from the entrance but this was not a problem since most of the residents were very conscientious and kept noises to a minimum. If you don't mind walking15-30 minutes you can reach most all the notable places to visit such as Vatican, Pantheon, Colosseum, etc and the locale is packed with eateries and shopping. We ate most of our meals in the apartment from locally sources groceries easily accessible within a few minutes walk. The groceries were very reasonably priced as opposed to the prices charged at the local Osterias, Trattorias and restaurants. The one night we did treat ourself to dinner at the osteria a few step from the apartment I felt we were overcharged and taken advantage by a fast talking and charming waiter.

Rich location, helpful host, great value, quiet, private, kitchen a big plus, has huge refrigerator.
My host met me at the specified time as I did not have her phone number but found it on google. Host escorted me to nearby grocery where I purchased enough food for three days stay, at a cost of 35€. Host is a genteel, kind & courteous native Italian. I spoke only in Italian with her. If you speak only English, take some notes as she shows you how to use the lighting system, how to use the stove & where the first aid is located in the flat. Also very important instructions regarding the keys include not leaving them in the door when you leave! This causes her to call a locksmith with may cost 100€, which you will need to reimburse. But aside from these regulatory & security needs, the flat is extremely comfortable, warm, the bed supportive & conducive to sleep. I visited an art show near by, got some specialty items from a Bialetti store at Piazza Navona, found a marvelous jeweler at Rita Vallani on Via Coronari who has collected Bourbon pieces from 1800's Naples in tartuga, coral, gold. She especially understands provenance & knows the origins & source for all her objects plus her pricing is more than fair. If you want a piece of history I suggest go to 149 Via dei Coronari. Another plus for this flat is you will not suffer with allergies as it has no rugs or other surfaces which collect dust. It can also sleep 3 upstairs as the memory foam matteresses are in the upstairs closet. There are two excellent spacious areas to use for reading, writing or studying with plexiglass desk tops & excellent lighting, also upstairs. The lighting format is another sttractive feature of the flat, there are a dozen settings to highlight various areas. A big screen TV is vastly entertaining as I ised most of my energy walking during the day & just preferred to rest up for the next day. The host will show you the local cappucino shop, an inexpensive trattoria which has a fixed price & menu for those who need to budget. But the area within one block of the flat is loaded with great places to eat & shop. These stay open well after midnight but are not a source of noise as the flat is only on a residential, quiet & narrow vicolo (street) protected from all traffic. Finally, my host arranged for my taxi pickup at 5AM, which was prompt, buzzed me at the door, carried my luggage to where parked & cost 45€ to Leonardo da Vinci Airport. I could not recommend this overall living space & host more highly. It gets a five star rating!

Thanks a lot for your stay! I hope to meet you an other time!
