About this property

Traditional stone built cottage, beautifully renovated, uninterrupted Sea view

Converted in May 2017, Shore View cottage is ideally located in a small village near Inverness, and has been renovated to the highest standard. The Cottage has interuppted views over the Beauly and Moray Firths which are home to a school of Bottlenose Dolphins.
The Cottage is very tastefully fitted with high quality flooring and furniture complete with a wood-burning stove.

Being by the sea, there are lovely beaches nearby and the city of Inverness is just 10 minutes away - you can go there by a regular bus service if you want to leave the car behind. Close to the cottage is the Dolphin and Seal Centre where you can find out all about these amazing mammals and even listen to them 'talking' to each other on the hydrophones - an incredible experience. The village of North Kessock has a pub and shop, all within easy walking distance.

Loch Ness is 30 minutes away if you want to explore this beautiful loch and perhaps take a boat trip and try to catch sight of the infamous monster! There is lots to do in the area: dolphin cruises on the Moray Firth, a pony trekking centre 10 minutes away, lots of restaurants and traditional live music bars, the Black Isle Wildlife Park and golf courses at Inverness and Fortrose. This is a lovely cottage for a highland holiday.

Beautiful Cottage!!!
We arrived to North Kessock after a long drive from Perth. We were greeted by the cosiest cutest cottage in a breathtaking location. The cottage is luxuriously appointed and has the loveliest decor. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. Wandered down to the local pub for a delicious dinner and had a very comfortable nights sleep. We saw otters frolicking at dawn. Wish we could have stayed longer!

A lovely cottage by the sea
The cottage is absolutely lovely and I wish we could have stayed longer. Hazel Bell is very responsive. The house provides all you could wish for, including the opportunity to sit out (even in a cold drizzle) and look at the sea. Our stay was short, but we loved every minute of it.

The property and Hazel are both awesome!
This is one of the best VRBO locations we have ever stayed at. The cottage is wonderfully decorated and furnished and every possible need for travelers anticipated. We would definitely stay here again and would only change one thing -- we would stay LONGER!

North Kessock Dream cottage
Hazel has maintained and decorated her property to the highest standards. Everything you could possibly need has been provided. The location is superb-just what we hoped it would be. Access was so easy and Hazel personally welcomed us. Our only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer. If we ever get an opportunity to visit this area again we will definitely book here and stay longer.
