45 Horizon View - Luxury Apartment with Amazing Sea Views in Westward Ho!
45 Horizon View is a spacious second Floor 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Modern Seafront Apartment, overlooking the Blue Flag beach. It is all on a single level. Our apartment has one of the biggest balconies at 25 feet with unobstructed views through clean, clear glass panels. There are floor to ceiling sliding doors to Lounge and Master Bedroom which provide 180 Degrees Stunning Sea Views. Only a few metres from the Blue Flag Sandy Beach which is popular with Holidaymakers and Surfers alike. There are Stairs and Lift to all floors and Secure Underground Allocated Parking is provided for 1 car with additional visitor parking at ground level.
2x EV Charging Points are located on the surface car park.
WIFI via Superfast Full Fibre BROADBAND is provided throughout the apartment. The TV in the lounge. provides free view, and free-sat channels. A new Sony DVD player is also provided and connected to the TV.
Westward Ho! is a popular traditional seaside village which has seen significant investment over the last few years. Ideally located to explore North Devon, the village has restaurants, cafes, bars, takeaways, supermarkets and local shops together with plenty of holiday activities from relaxing on the beach through surfing, walking, rock-pooling, go-carting, crazy golf and amusement arcades.
The apartment is fully furnished with comfortable leather and oak furniture in the main living areas. There is an oak dining table and four chairs. The kitchen has granite worktops and a full range of integrated appliances, including a new Indesit dishwasher in March 2025. The master bedroom has a king size bed (5 feet wide) and en-suite bathroom whilst the twin bedroom has two single beds (each is 3 feet wide). In addition there is a separate shower room with a walk in shower. Gas central heating means that the apartment makes a great base for a holiday at any time of the year.

This is a modern flat ideally situated in Westward Ho! Yards from the Beach. The view from the lounge area and the main bedroom is outstanding. It was especially good for two couples as the bedrooms were very separate and the second bathroom was next to the second bedroom. We did contact the host and they got straight back to us. Instructions to the flat might include ‘left out of the lift and through the double glass doors on to the balcony walkway, no 45 is the second door to the left’ as we walked down all the corridors looking for no 45 in vain before we realised that we could go through the double glass doors (it was dark and we were tired after a long journey).

We had a great stay at this apartment, the host was brilliant with information needed also the apartment has everything you need and was very clean.The sea views are amazing this apartment is well worth a vist.

A great stay with the highlight being the amazing view out to sea. Good location right on the seafront in Westward Ho with plenty to do within a short drive.
We had a great week in this apartment which is provided with everything you need, has good WiFi, comfortable beds and an amazing view. It was great to be walking distance to the beach, restaurants and cafes in Westward Ho.

A fabulous apartment, very clean and modern. Despite being in a large block it was very quiet and relaxing and the views across the bay were superb. Would highly recommend a stay here.

What makes this apartment unique Rarely found, this modern apartment is on the seafront with uninterrupted views over the beach and sea. It is a single storey apartment with lift access making it suitable for all ages. In the past many guests ranging from families with small children through to more mature guests have enjoyed holidays in this apartment. Furnished to a high standard it provides a home from home atmosphere. The secure underground car park and video entry system mean that our guests can fully relax during their stay. Last but no means least - Tea on the Green is only 100 metres away!
What makes this property unique
We fell in love with this property because of the wonderful views of the ocean and magnificent sun sets. The balcony has superb vantage to enjoy these views and is one of the largest in the complex, making alfresco drinks and dining a must. The large en suite master bedroom is situated right next to the balcony and what ever the weather it is wonderful to lie in bed and watch the waves roll in and listen to the ocean and bird sounds.The apartment is light and spacious and extremely comfortable. As 'back sufferers' we have purchased good quality supportive furniture and matresses to make relaxing and enjoying the magnificent views even more enjoyable!
