Spacious and tastefully decorated two bedroom, two bathroom house with large living /dining area, independent kitchen, south facing terrace/solarium with sea views and barbecue area ideal for al fresco dining.
This independent, quiet house is perfect for a family or two couples. It's only two minutes walk from the main seafront promenade with it's wide variety of bars and restaurants and the large sandy beach "Playa Grande" which is excellent for swimming.
There is a supermarket and a pizzeria just a few meters from the house.
There is plenty of parking in the area but the house also has off road parking if required.
Local bus stops with regular connections to nearby towns are just a few minutes walk away.

Lovely, roomy property just a 5 minute walk to the oceanfront restaurants and beautiful town beach. Nice oceanfront view from the sunny south-facing upper deck. Enjoyed the vines blossoming over the carport. TV had Netflix and many cable channels. Snorkel gear was great for heading out on our own.Owner was charming and accommodating to whatever we needed. Offered periodic cleaning during our month-long stay - top host! Would definately stay again.

Fantastic place to have a holiday

We had a fantastic stay at La Lujancita. The house is in a great location in a peaceful residential area that is also only a short walk to the seafront promenade and beach with all the shops, restaurants and bars. The house was perfect for us, we have already booked and looking forward to our next stay. The sofa and beds are all very comfortable and having a shower and toilet both upstairs and downstairs is great. The kitchen is well equipped with all that you need if you do wish to dine in. The upstairs balcony has lovely seaviews and all day sun with the added bonus of very comfortable sunbeds. We had a hire car for the week so the parking space made things easy. A fabulous holiday and can't wait to return.

Why they chose this property

When we found this property we knew it was something special straight away. Although the decoration was old fashioned and the garden was overgrown we could see that it had potential, particularly because the location is so great, just 300 meters from the beach and busy seafront promenade, but also because it is so tranquil, a real oasis in the middle of a bustling seaside resort.
Together with our good friend, artist and interior designer Ed Winser, we were able to transform the house into a bright, modern and beautiful space to enjoy a relaxing a peaceful holiday. We hope you love it as much as we do!

What makes this property unique

We especially love the private sunny terrace with views of the sea and even the sand dunes of Coralejo in Fuerteventura.
