Welcome to EP9U, a charming Athenian apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a private balcony, and access to a sunny rooftop terrace, shared by all residents (4 apts in total).

Both beds can be set up as singles, and an extra guest can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room.

Fully equipped with all essentials, the apartment also offers 24/7 hot water and guest-controlled heating — a rare convenience in Athens.

Located on the first floor (marble staircase), the rooftop terrace is reached via a metal staircase.

Perfect for relaxing and enjoying the neighborhood views!

Apartment EP9G is located in Psirri, a lively and historic neighbourhood in central Athens, known for its unique blend of tradition and modern flair.

Once home to leather workshops, candle makers, and other artisans, Psirri still hosts some traditional crafts alongside a vibrant mix of tavernas, bars, and contemporary eateries. Its streets are also famous for bold street art and neoclassical charm.
It is just minutes away from Monastiraki metro station—with direct links to Athens Airport and Piraeus Port—Psirri sits right next to Plaka, making it a perfect base for exploring the city.

This is a large unit and we liked the 2 bedrooms. The beds were comfy and the sheets were very nice. Each person had a firm pillow and soft pillow and I really liked that. We were here in the off season so the rooftop balcony wasn’t as lush as in the spring and summer. It was a little loud but very convenient to get around.

Well located , just a few blocks from Monastirakiou, though the immediate neighborhood looks rough (we always felt safe). Very helpful staff. Good value for money.

Fun location and comfy beds in this funky apartment

This 2 bed apartment is small but was great for our stay. The beds are very comfy and for a short stay it was great. The location is good - very close to a mini-market and lots of restaurants. The rooftop is pretty but the stairwell is very steep so we didn't feel able to bring our breakfast up there as we needed empty hands to navigate the steps. Saturday evening seemed to have a party close by so I was glad of my earplugs but the area is great and the apartment was wonderfully cool in the heat. The place is spotlessly clean and the hosts were great. Would recommend.

We had an amazing stay with a seemless check in . Our car had to be dropped off at the airport bedore chedk in time. We were able to leave our luggage at the storage unit then were called when it was timw to check in to discover all our luggage was already there. The cleanliness was great. Kitchen had everything we needed. Great location and easy to find after a day exploring Athens. And the highlight was the rooftop where we had our meat cheese and of course a bottle of wine. It was magical with the breathtaking flowers and plants as we sat at the table relaxing with good friends. Thank you again to our host.

Great location, comfortable apartment

We loved the Psirri neighborhood with its wonderful street art, restaurants and shops. The apartment was functional and well equipped with extra touches provided including coffee, milk and water. The beds were comfortable too. Our host was very personable and gave us a helpful tour of the neighborhood and provided a map with many of the highlights marked for our convenience. It was everything promised!

Excellent location Easy access to all main sites. Owners provide taxi service to and from Airport. Beware of pickpockets on the Metro. Liked the Art work in the apartment. Only missing item was a clothes line or similar for drying towels.

Location. Location, location

Walking distance to everything. We bought a 3 day tourist transit pass and ended up not using because we could get to the market, antiquities, Cafe by foot. Lots of graffiti in the area but don't let that deter you. My understanding is the area is safe and we felt very comfortable walking streets. Met lots of friendly people.

Amazing Host

We had a blast. Lia is the shizzle. She made sure all of our devises were wifi connected and then took us on a neighborhood tour. Showed us all of the foodie favorites. Best areas for shopping. The property was spacious and comfortable. Our only issue was getting our bathroom shower mats recycled daily. Can't wait to return to this property or others that this team manages. Sweet Apartment in Beautiful Psiri Neighbourhood

Such a great experience in this high-ceilinged old Athens apartment, modernized with a new kitchen and bathroom. Outside, street art, the bars and restaurants of Psiri and a beautiful half-hour walk circumnavigating the Acropolis, ending in Plaka and Monesteraki. Inside, two comfortable Queen-sized beds, a full kitchen and a really good bathroom. The host team is great; gave the taxi driver directions over the phone, walked us to the nearby mini market and oriented us on the map. We were even invited by our hosts to a street party celebrating street art. Altogether a great stay and I would highly recommend it. Ps, freshly arrived from the quiet islands, the neighborhood felt a bit urban and a bit sketch. But we learned, it’s not sketch at all. Lots of people on the street and we two women never felt unsafe.

Unbeatable location in Psirri

The location of this apartment is perfect. Once you get your bearings, everything in Central Athens is walking distance. If you love street art and inner city experience then this apartment is in the right place. The only downside is that the street can be a little noisy on weekends but if you are a heavy sleeper you shouldn't have a problem. The bakery around the corner is great for breakfast. Try the feta and tomato parcel, I loved it.

Walking distance from Acropolis! Super close to a very nice area with cafe, restaurant and relaxing

This apartment looked just like the pictures. Bed sheets were crisp and clean, as good as a 5 star hotel. Make sure to learn your way around. Like many other big cities, from a very nice street if you take the wrong turn you may end up in a very bad area. Watch for that otherwise we had a great experience. Costas was easily available and answered all the questions we had.

Great little apartment perfectly located for exploring Athens.

We spent 4 nights in the apartment and 3 days sightseeing before heading to the islands. It was perfect for a family of four with two teenage daughters. It’s right by the very cool district of Psirri with great bars and restaurants and lots of colour and buzz. It’s very easy to walk to a lot of the ancient sites. The host was very friendly and gave us a quick tour of the area. The beds are comfortable and the apartment is clean. It’s in a quirky building covered in graffiti on the outside and nicely refurbished on the inside. We ate out most of the time but there is a small and well equipped kitchen. It’s not a quiet location as it’s in the centre of things but we loved it.
