Inside, the villa features a cozy living-dining room equipped with SAT/DTT TV, air conditioning, and access to a glazed terrace with views of the pool area. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob and dishwasher, providing all necessary comforts. A master bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower offers privacy and comfort. The other two bedrooms have two single beds each, and one of them also has air conditioning. Additionally, there is a second bathroom with a bathtub.
Outside, you can enjoy a pleasant terrace for sunbathing around the rectangular 8x4 meter pool, which has Roman stairs and a convenient outdoor shower. A portable barbecue allows you to enjoy outdoor meals, and there is parking space on the same plot for up to 3 vehicles.

Die Temperaturen waren zwischen 18°-22 ° jeden Tag Sonnenschein.
Die Küche ist dürftig eingerichtet. Die Sanitären Anlagen sind in einem schlechten Zustand. (Duschwand def. läuft Wasser im ganzen Bad, Wasserhahn verstopft, Lichtschalter def., Reinigung ung.
