Amazing place

The flat was better equipped than any vacation house u ever visited. There was really everything you need! The area was quiet , also we were not in the main season. Everything was clean and the communication with the owners was fast and very friendly! Overall totally recommended!

A month in Conceicao

Spacious, well equipped and maintained apartment. Conveniently placed for train travel and close to local amenities.Excellent communication with the hosts who responded very quickly to any questions.The large balcony overlooks a pool which would be lovely during summer months, but is shaded in winter. Would return :)

Location and property were ideal for our stay in Algarve. The original description of the property said it included wifi. When checking in on line we were told that the wifi is not good that we need to buy a card if we want reliable wifi. Every thing else was as expected. A couple of improvements to the apartment would be to have a change of sheets available so we could easily wash them and not have to have them dry for the night. Also more than one dish towel and cloth would be a plus. All in all it was a great apartment with a good location for a 15 min walk to the beach and a short walk to the train or the bus. Jerry

Poorly equipped.

We have stayed in condo rentals all over the world and they were all equipped with extra sheets, blankets and towels. Unfortunately, this place had no extra sheets, most of the pillowcases were too small for the pillows and there were no blankets. The top covers on the beds were extremely thin and there was only 4 bath towels and 4 hand towels. Since we were there February and March, it was very cold, especially at night and the heating units were located high on the walls, so all the heat was near the ceiling, not where it was needed. There was no iron or ironing board. The kitchen was adequately equipped with plenty of dishes, cutlery, glassware and pots and pans but only one towel for drying dishes. There was no coffee table in front of the sofa so no place to put drinks while watching t.v. We enjoyed Portugal and will probably return next winter but will be looking for a different place to stay.

I am so sorry that you did not enjoyed your staying. We have spoken several times during your stay and the problems now identified were never mentioned. Some could have been easily solved. There are additional blankets in the apartment that could have been made available for example. And there was also an Iron available in the apartment. The towels provided are in fact limited to the number of guests. A washing machine is available. Regarding the table in front of the sofa, in fact we do not have it. It is to our tasting of required furniture, and we tried to show it on the pictures to have the information passed to potential guests. Irrespective, we are really sorry you were not able to properly enjoy your vacations and hope you have a better experience next time and can find a place that suits your requirements.

Uitstekend appartement met alle voorzieningen. Prima voor vier personen. Mooie locatie, vlakbij strand, fietspaden en golfbaan. Zwembad zag er ideaal uit (was nog te koud). Enige minpuntje is dat de ochtendzon ontbreekt.
