Victorian Double built in 1890 in safe, quiet area. 1-1/2 blocks to boutiques, restaurants, coffee shops; Whole Foods; drug store; bus stop, all on famous Magazine St. Walk to Audubon Park/zoo or streetcar. 15 minute drive to French Quarter. Great breakfast spot 7 doors down.
Our neighborhood is filled with historic architecture, is fun to stroll and offers a real locals experience. You cannot beat our location. In addition to the above, there is even a day-spa, pilates studio, and bio-bar within walking distance. NO SMOKING OR FIREARMS ALLOWED
Pets are welcome at owner's approval with a fee of $40 per night.

I LOVE New Orleans! There is so much to do here, and I keep my finger on the pulse of the happenings around town. You will find me at Jazz Fest every day - ha! I love people and have friends of all ages from all walks of life. I am a live and let live kind of gal. I am just next door and will be happy to enhance your stay in any way that I can, but will not be all up in your business. Life is sweet at the Magic Cottage!
