Nestled on a quiet tree-lined street in North Cape May, “Osprey Nest” is a private three-room suite designed for comfort, privacy, and gentle coastal living. Enjoy your private entrance from the welcoming front porch overlooking lush gardens. “Osprey Nest” offers a peaceful setting tucked away just minutes from beaches, restaurants, shopping, wineries, and local attractions.

Upon arrival please proceed directly to the front porch entrance and the door marked “Osprey Nest.” Enter into a cozy sitting room with a power reclining sofa, a restful bedroom with a plush memory foam-topped mattress, and a spacious private bath featuring dual shower heads, glass doors, and ADA accessibility rails.

Wake to birdsong, sip coffee on the porch, explore Cape May by day, then return to a calm and comfortable space to unwind. Please enjoy the landscaped gardens surrounding your suite. Beyond any closed gates to the rear of the property is the owner’s private residence. This area is not part of the rental. Thank you for respecting our privacy.

We loved staying at The Osprey Nest! Away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Cape May, but close enough to enjoy it all without issue! We loved that there were wineries nearby, great restaurants, and the cutest distillery for great drinks & mocktails. Craig was very hospitable and his place has it all (including beach tags & beach chairs!) It was the perfect weekend getaway! We will be back!

We loved this property. It was quiet and a great place to come back to after a busy day on the Cape. This location was convenient to everything and our host Craig gave us great advice and made sure we had all the resources we needed. I loved the artwork at the Osprey's Nest and the bed was super comfortable. Thanks Craig for being a great host and sharing your nest with us!

This place was perfect for the two of us. We were only there one night and needed a comfortable place to sleep and hang out after a long day of walking around beautiful Cape May and eating dinner in Stone Harbor. The residential neighborhood is quiet. The owner's dogs bark when they hear you walking around, but it doesn't take them long to settle down.

Osprey Nest was a delightful and charming place to stay - quiet and near to everything! Craig is a wonderful host - thorough and thoughtful. Attention to detail in the apartment was notable. We have stayed here twice now...so that says something. Everything is as is represented in the listing. It is true there is not a real kitchen, but where else can you wash your dishes while showering??? The place is "cozy" and well-appointed. The price point is good relative to other Cape May properties as long as preparing meals in house is not a huge priority. Recommended for sure!

We enjoyed our stay at Osprey Nest. Only complaint…. the bed was a little high for two 80 year-olds! We did figure things out, though, and liked the location. It was quiet and peaceful, yet minutes from the places we wanted to visit.

I have a very friendly Cavalier King Charles spaniel named Canela who also loves to greet guests. I live in a private area of the house that I built in the year 2000. I am usually available for questions about what to see and where to go in this area. I have lived here most of my life!

10 minute drive to Cape May beaches and attractions, 10 minute bike ride to Delaware Bay Beaches and awesome sunsets! A private and secluded setting only minutes from attractions. Relax and enjoy! Cozy and comfortable and clean and quiet! What more could you want for complete relaxation?!

What makes this property unique

My home is my sanctuary! It is well located, only minutes from beaches, fine dining, wineries, shopping, and attractions. I offer comfort and elegance, at an affordable price! Please realize the suite does not offer a full kitchen, however it has a microwave, toaster oven, under counter refrigerator, and Kuerig or French press coffee maker. Osprey Nest is an ideal and peaceful escape for a short stay for guests content to dine out in the many fine restaurants in Cape May, or order a simple carry out meal or pizza!
