The villa can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people, and is composed as follows: 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one with tub / shower), lounge with internal fireplace, dining room and equipped kitchen.
The villa is characterized by the presence of a pleasant flower garden, a large equipped patio and reserved for outdoor dining with bbq. The splendid swimming pool (12x6) is surrounded by olive trees and has a shower and a loggia equipped with sofas and table tennis. The swimming pool is not for exclusive use.
The house has an ideal position for relaxing walks and to reach the most beautiful and renowned cities of Tuscany such as Casole d'Elsa 82 km), Monteriggioni (15 km), San Galgano (30 km), Florence (40 km), Siena ( 20 km), San Gimignano (15 km), Volterra (25 km).
