Scenic condo

Our spacious lodge motif 3 level condo is situated in the formerly known, Little Traverse Bay Golf Club/Hideaway Valley Resort. The golf course closed in 2020 and is now known as OFFIELD FAMILY VIEWLANDS WORKING FOREST RESERVE. The RESERVE features its extraordinary views, along with trails on the site for running, biking, snowshoeing and other recreational activities. The Little Traverse Conservancy protects the natural diversity and beauty of this area. Our condo offers something for all seasons and is ideally located in a serene setting overlooking the Reserve in between Petoskey and Harbor Springs and only 5 minutes to beaches and ski resorts, along with a short drive from many UP NORTH communities. The condo offers an outdoor pool , pickle ball courts, basketball court and a tennis court. It is about a 2 minute drive to the pool and courts or a lengthy hilly walk to the pool. .There is also free storage of boats or snowmobiles during your stay at the condo. The condo offers 4 bedrooms with 3.5 bathrooms and sleeps 10 people. The upper floor has a master bedroom with a queen bed and its own bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds, 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, there is a full bathroom on the upper floor for the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms.
The main floor has a very cozy great room w/fireplace, and flat screen SMART TV so tenants can login with their streaming accounts , such as Netflix, Disney, Amazon etc, The tv has very limited local channels. An ottoman that pulls out into a single bed, a dining room that seats 10 people, and a snack bar . There is a door wall to the deck which has a patio table and a gas grill. The kitchen is fully outfitted, and there is access to the garage and a 1/2 bathroom. The lower level has a laundry room w/washer/dryer. An open area with a sliding door wall to patio. The room also has a 50" flat screen TV . The 4th bedroom has a queen bed and a full bathroom. There is also a sleeper sofa, full bed, along with a queen air mattress.
The condo has a 50 inch Smart tv and wireless internet included along with smoke detectors, fire extinguisher and carbon monoxide detectors.

So clean!!

We had a wonderful stay at this property conveniently located between Harbor Springs and Petoskey. Quiet, serene, and the perfect place for our family to relax for a week. Lots of spaces for the teenagers to hang out too. We loved this place and would absolutely stay here again in the future. The host was exceptionally quick to respond to our messages and easy to work with as well. Fabulous experience!

The home was very clean, and comfortable. It had everything that you needed in the kitchen. It was very comfortable for 9 of us adult ladies. It was a nice neighborhood.My only concern was that one place said that we needed to wash the towels and another said to put them downstairs by the washer. Wasn’t sure if we were supposed to do the laundry or not.

Great place for a golf group

This is an excellent place to stay on a golf trip to the Harbor Springs area. The five of us felt so comfortable, the living area was great and there were so many bathrooms!!! We would definitely recommend this clean and friendly condo and it's owner, Tracy.

Great place to stay.

Everything you would need away from home. Beautiful setting and walking trails. Great pool. Peaceful and quiet, yet the beach and restaurants are 5-10 minutes away.

We enjoyed our stay at this home. There was enough space for our adult kids and us. The kitchen was especially well stocked, even a few decent knives and pans. There was even a selection of spices and other consumables. Everything worked as it should. My only disappointment may be your pleasure. The pool is currently being replaced and was not available to us.

What a lovely time we had at Tracy’s home! Everything was just as pictured, the home was so warm and inviting, and my kids loved having close access to a pool and playground! Why they chose this property

We have been visiting this area of northern Michigan since we were children, skiing Boyne and Nubs Nob! After getting married, we spent time in this area during all 4 seasons and enjoy everyone of them each having its own unique experience.
There is so much to see and do. The area is so peaceful and relaxing we felt compelled to buy our own place.Now we can spend time with our friends and family in what we believe is the most beautiful parts of northern Michigan.
We want others to experience this area and maybe start their own family tradition with good friends and family!
