Great Value 4 Bedroom Villa With Private Pool - Only A Short Walk To Gibbs Beach

A spacious and comfortable property situated on the West Coast of the island; this Barbados villa offers perfect tranquillity set amidst lush tropical gardens.

Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac just minutes from the pristine Gibbs Beach, this villa is elegantly furnished with laid-back charm and ample space for larger families and parties. The spacious living areas are kept cool and airy with coral stone walls, vaulted ceilings, and an open-plan design.

The four bedrooms are all en-suite with air conditioning. Two of the bedrooms open out onto the spacious pool deck where guests can enjoy sunbathing with the swaying coconut tree as a backdrop, and memorable nights of al fresco dining under the stars.

The villa comes with two friendly staff who can take care of all your meals for the duration of your stay, however, we do urge you to venture out to the many fabulous local restaurants that dot the coast in both Speightstown and Holetown. Golf and water sports activities are all nearby. The perfect vacation villa for a memorable family getaway!

The DVD player is not multi-regional and will only play USA DVDs.

The price of the villa includes a cook (prepares up to 3 meals per day - if required) and a housekeeper service. The staff work 6 days per week (Sundays off) from 9am until 5pm.

Please note the cost of groceries is not included in the price. However, we can arrange to have your initial groceries delivered to the property for your arrival. This would be payable directly to our local house managers.

5 STARS ACROSS THE BOARD

4 couples from Ontario Canada, stayed Jan. 13 - 20, '23 at the Jessamine Villa. Chris Worth of Tropical Island Rentals was our primary contact with respect to booking the Jessamine Villa and making all the arrangements with Blue Sky Luxury Property Rentals as on-site property management. The Jessamine is absolutely stunning. 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, full size kitchen, large living room, dining room, TV room, beautiful garden, ample parking and not to forget the best part of the property - the amazing private pool and backyard patio. Evening security officer (Tyrone), house cook (Sandra) and the housekeeper (forgotten her name), they were all so accommodating. As we are foodies and a few of us love to cook, we worked collaboratively with Sandra to make some awesome dishes together. We combined Sandra's expertise on the flavours of Barbados with our love to make Canadian styled Tim Horton Farmer's Wraps to create an awesome breakfast 'Barbados Wrap.' LOL. It was a treat to see the monkeys arrive like clock work each afternoon to feed on the neighbouring mango trees. We did have an issue with a slight smell of sewage emanating from the pool patio area. We called the property management who promptly sent a septic serviceman to resolve the issue (believe it was a plugged pipe). Additionally, we called for additional light bulbs to replace a couple that had burned out in the pool patio area as well as for an extension cord to power up a laptop so we could stream sports outside on the patio and maintenance were promptly on scene to action these requests. Can't speak highly enough of the great service. Beds were comfortable. AC units in the bedrooms worked great and were really quiet. Housekeeping kept our linens clean, beds made and even did our entire groups laundry during our stay. Now that's service. LOL. Trips into both Holetown and Speightstown to resupply on beer, wine and food were a lot of fun. There was plenty of parking for our rental van and car. Gibbes Beach was only a 5 minute walk away and the beach and waters were so enjoyable. We came away feeling we'd received great amenities and services for the price we'd paid. I'd definitely recommend the services of both Chris Worth at Tropical Island Rentals and the property management of Blue Sky Luxury Rentals along with a 2 thumbs up and 5 star rating of the Jessamine Villa.

Lovely stay

Our family had a lovely stay at the villa. The pool was superb and the villa very comfortable. Personally I don't think the pictures do it justice. The icing on the cake was having the stunning Gibbs Beach only a few minutes walk away. If you like your beaches quiet, with pure sea and white sandy beaches then this is the place.

A Fantastic Vacation

This really was a fantastic vacation. The villa was very clean and to an excellent standard with a large pool. A real bonus was how close the beach was. It was literally just a few minutes walk away and was stunning. A glorious sandy beach which was very quiet and excellent swimming conditions. We found ourselves going to and from the beach most days with the excellent staff looking after us all so well. Everyone loved our stay at Jessamine and we would love to go back soon.

A Little Gem

A wonderful time had by all the party. Very friendly staff, clean and tidy villa with a lovely pool. Had some great meals cooked for us too. Gibbs Beach really is only a stroll away and suited us down to the ground. i.e. a beautiful quiet sandy beach with great swimming. We would certainly love a return trip some time soon.

Fantastic stay

We stayed for 3 and half weeks at Jessamine and had a fantastic time. It was such good value we were slightly concerned before we arrived but we really didn't have to be as it was just perfect for our family. The staff were so lovely and cooked some delicious meals for us. Having the beautiful Gibbs Beach just a couple mins walk down the road was brilliant and going between the beach and pool was our exercise each day. Would def recommend to my family & friends.
