A great stay in a lovely, well located apartment 1 road back from Zurri beach. We stayed during Semana Grande so lots going on and a great atmosphere. Would highly recommend
Very spacious, dark and quiet at night, even with several bars and restaurants near by.Cental location to old town, surf beach, and many great places to eat, drink, and talk.Wereally emjoyed our stay..
Nice clean apartment not a lot in the way of luxuries but in a great location easy to walk to the beach and the old town.Close to all amenities and would recommend if you looking for a base to explore San Sebastian.
Drove from Bilbao, had a peugeot 308, which was determined to be too big for the parking spot, was directed to a paid underground parking lot at the convention center which was a 3min walk. Property is super convenient and close to everything. Plenty of space for the 3 of us. Communication with host was quick and prompt. Host helped provide local recommendations, highly recommended.

This is a lovely apartment, close to the surfing beach and a short walk from Old Town.
Kepa was very helpful with both checkin and checkout. Thank you.
There are supermarkets, bars and restaurants very close.
We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again.
This property was clean, convenient and ideally located. The layout of the flat made it easy to commune with family as well as to rest when needed. The atmosphere of the neighborhood was festive and vibrant. Our host was just a message or phone call away. Thank you, Kepa!
Worked out great. The property is very close to the Kursaal conference center where I was attending the conference. The host was great to work with. I don't know that I will ever be coming back to San Sebastian, but if were to, I would certainly stay here again.
What a great location! Everything we needed was close by. There is a vibrant scene with lots of bars and great restaurants close by the apartment. The Old City is only a 10-minute walk away.
The apartment was comfortable and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay here.
If proximity to a beach is important to you, this apartment is in a great location. Not much in the way of fancy bells and whistles, but the beds are comfortable and the proximity to a ton of bars/restaurants is excellent. Kepa was patient with us when our arrival didn't work out as expected.
Kepa's apartment is in an excellent location. It's near everything you'd want to see in a few days. There are several great restaurants around the corner, and the beaches are very close. Old town is also close.
They were great hosts, providing recommendations to restaurants, which we all enjoyed. We especially appreciated their recommendation to check out a cider house, the specialty of that area. Thanks!
A spacious apartment in a very handy location. Only 10 minutes walk to the old town but out of the hustle and bustle. There are plenty of bars and good restaurants close to the apartment and good quality and affordable pintxos. Kepa and his brother Jon met us and welcomed us to the apartment and showed us where to park the car in an underground car park 2 minutes walk from the apartment. Would definitely stay here again.

wonderful spot! we walked everywhere we wanted to go and loved our stay. only potential downside that could bother some people was occasional noise, but i don't think you will be able to avoid it staying in older buildings near the things you want to do. some perfectly reasonable levels of noise from neighbors and some nights from yelling drunk tourists on the streets. so don't yell on the streets if you are a drunk tourist.
The only problem was that the parking structure is very narrow, and need to go 6 levels down to park. We paid for the parking but got the car out of the garage only on the last day of our stay. Maybe recommendation for a public parking would have been useful

Thanks for the 5 points for the apartment.
The measures of the parking place are sent to everyone interested in it, to decide if your car fits or not.
Measures of the parking place are:
Length: 4.7m
With: 2.3m
High: 1.88m
You are free to decide if you want to pay more for a public parking and depending of the dates make queues to enter in them or not.
We had an enjoyable stay at Kepa's place. The location is conveniently close to the old town while still being on the less touristy side near Zurriola Beach. The photos are accurate for what you get, and the host's son spoke very good english and provided a lot of recommendations for the area. Check-in wasn't very easy compared to other places we stayed as we arrived by car and this VRBO doesn't have a very smooth process to provide access to the parking place (this is now clearly listed as an additional fee for a parking spot but it wasn't at the time I booked it) and street parking is extremely difficult in the area. In addition, the main person we were in contact with was not available for check-in that day, so we didn't have the right phone number to be in immediate contact with the correct person. Finally, for being near a beach, I was disappointed in the amenities for using it, as there were not even beach towels available in the apartment (we were left exactly 3 towels for showering and no more). Overall, I would recommend staying if you're looking for a convenient and clean place near Zurriola Beach.

Rude and bizarre reception
Place was as advertised but rudest, most unfriendly reception I have ever received anywhere in 30 years of holiday renting (and I travel for about 2mths each year…so hundreds of rentals over that time)!
After arriving I opened the windows to the apartment, and within half an hour I noticed flies through the apartment…so I messaged the owner. I then went over to the store to get some supplies and whilst there the owner rang insisting I come straight back, so I dropped what I was doing and came back. She bathed in, got furious at me for leaving 2 lights on while I ducked out, got angry that I rested my clean, new surfboard up against her worn out old couch and then accused me of brining the flies with me…she opened the fridge trying to blame it on old food (brought no food with me) and then asked twice about me opening the windows and I said yes I did and am I not allowed to open the windows (no air con). She was adamant the flies were my doing and when I asked how to get rid of them she said ‘fix how you would at home!’ So I went and bought fly spray but more flies came again…after being abused by the lady I was so shaken up at being treated so rudely that it impacted my stay. But then I met a delightful lady from upstairs who said these flies come regularly from the big district bins downstairs in the street outside the apartment and butcher. When I looked on the bins, they were teaming with flies! The owner must have know this, hence asking re windows. Total Gaslighting!
