Secluded Georgian house surrounded by trees with ample parking. Usually a rental apartment's size is exaggerated by the photos; this one definitely was not. Each room was spacious, beautifully furnished and well equipped. Beds super comfortable and bathrooms immaculate.
Easy walking distance to the town centre along the river.
Would be my first choice to stay in Durham again.
This was a lovely property but was not very clean.
There was no washing cloths left, no brush, mop or vacuum cleaner for us to clean up. We ended up buying cloths, sweeping brush & cleaning materials to give house a good clean. The bedrooms were comfy however the furniture in the lounge was very uncomfortable & needs a decent couch & couple of comy armchairs.
