A very spacious 2 bedroom apartment located only 10 minutes walk to Durham Market Place.

The property is the best of its type available and is situated down a quiet, private lane surrounded by trees. Within the communal grounds there is ample onsite parking.

The property comprises private front entrance door leading to entrance lobby, spacious hall way with cloak room and w/c. Off the hallway is the lounge with modern inset log fire and open plan kitchen with integrated dishwasher and washer dryer. The two bedrooms both have en suite, one with corner bath and separate shower. Great care has been taken to hand pick the furniture and decor to make a very special apartment.

Beyond expectations. Superb.

Secluded Georgian house surrounded by trees with ample parking. Usually a rental apartment's size is exaggerated by the photos; this one definitely was not. Each room was spacious, beautifully furnished and well equipped. Beds super comfortable and bathrooms immaculate. Easy walking distance to the town centre along the river. Would be my first choice to stay in Durham again.

Lovely house & great location

This was a lovely property but was not very clean. There was no washing cloths left, no brush, mop or vacuum cleaner for us to clean up. We ended up buying cloths, sweeping brush & cleaning materials to give house a good clean. The bedrooms were comfy however the furniture in the lounge was very uncomfortable & needs a decent couch & couple of comy armchairs.
