This spacious converted barn is in countryside on the edge of the Dartmoor village of Manaton and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.
The Water Barn is a roomy cottage converted from a Devon barn in the Dartmoor village of Manaton. The cottage sleeps four people in a double bedroom and twin bedroom with family bathroom. On the top floor is an open-plan living/dining/kitchen. Outside is a beautiful natural garden with furniture and barbecue and off road parking for two cars. Woodland and moorland walks from the door and 400 yards to a pub. The Water Barn is a peaceful retreat for exploring the Dartmoor National Park
Amenities: Central heating with wood burning stove. Microwave, fridge, freezer, washer-dryer, dishwasher, TV with Sky DVD, WiFi, Phone, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Town: Lustleigh is a picture postcard village set on the deep wooded slopes of eastern Dartmoor and within Dartmoor National Park. With a pretty church, village shop and excellent pub along with lots of thatch cottages you can see why Lustleigh made it to the Telegraph's top villages.
