Enjoy Ocean City in our Condo at the beach. Located on the first floor in Jamaica Bay on 33rd street. Fully furnished, everything you need with two full beds and a pull out couch. Sleeps five comfortably.

Great vacation rental!

My family and I had a great time in Ocean City and we owe some of that to having such a nice, clean place. Rob was a great host who called immediately upon check in to make sure everything had gone smoothly. I really appreciated his follow up. The unit was newly renovated, clean, and perfect for my wife and two young children. We will definitely come back and would recommend this place to everyone.

Basic but good

Host was responsive. Good location and my kids loved the pool because it’s all 3 ft or less deep. Two downsides, smelled of marijuana when we arrived. Host offered to drop air freshener. The pull out couch mattress is very uncomfortable.

Great Place!

Ive stayed at this location twice this year. The first time was for a girls weekend with 3 of my girlfriends. The second time just me and my significant other. The place was great for both occasions. Communication with Rob was easy and quick. Highly recommend.

Better cleaning needed

First of all I want to let you know about our stay to give you head up before posting on the review page. Once we got there as I do everywhere I go just a general wipe down due to dust and allergies but when I say the rags were dirty black from the white head boards to the mattress covers to the counter chairs to the chairs seat and lets, chair backs the counter tops and that with using Clorox spray and Lysol wipes. So I am not sure who you have coming in to clean the place but you as the owner should be coming in to do a check randomly to make sure they are doing their job just for your reputation alone. The Dirt in the laundry area and cleaning close floor was sticky ( from another spill maybe) and the island where we sit under there a spill was filthy. Shower liner was filthy and they cost like a dollar or so and as well and cleaning supplies with bleach especially different families coming in and out you should smell crispy bleach smell especially with the virus alone. Every time I went out on the balcony I had to kick the screen door back on track and once or twice it came completely off track off and you can see it’s old and bent you don’t want to pay almost 7 for two night and have to deal with all that it’s cheaper at a hotel and you have room service bed service and breakfast which all comes with service. I am at work right now but you charge a service fee but what service did we get I I was a house keeper I couldn’t was clothes a hair in dryer nasty. Kitchen was nice as besides dirt on counter top and I am attaching pics from things I wiped down and the dirt residue and the mop was filthy soiled beyond belief no wonder the bathroom floor was dirty. The couch was full of dust and just a mess I had to spray it down with so much Lysol and them lay a sheet over to sit on it the table were so dusty it’s like I had to clean a whole house. That part is not what I signed up for besides the kitchen being okay and bed comfortable the rest you need to issue back something for inconvenience, cleaning services and service fee. I am not looking to stay for me but I am expecting a decent credit back. Pics are coming in the next attachment. Now the worst part is so many bugs and knats flying around in place VERY VERY IRRIATING / COBWEWEBS. Totally not what I signed up for!

Rob was GREAT & property was OK.

So first off let me say Rob was great. He answered all questions very quickly and was super nice. The property was in a great location and the inside was OK. We had problems using the back door (was very hard to slide & the screen door didnt work), had some out dated items (shower head was very old), said ut had a toaster but couldnt find (still had the oven) and pull out couch was very uncomfortable. But for OC I guess was a good property cause I have seen some bad ones. I feel like could be much better with some few minor, low cost updates. I would of gave it like a 3.5 rating but Rob was so great at his job I gave it a 4. The location was great, could walk to the beach, had plenty of restaurants close by, yet still far enough away from big crowds and nit a far drive to the boardwalk. Also the pool was ok, think was only 3 feet deep all around and pretty small but was good enough. Also was very close to Jolly Rogers amusement park but far enough away to not here the noise. Thanks again!

The place was very nice and clean, only thing was the pool, we looked everywhere for it but didn’t find it, also they should buy new pillows, we brought in everything for the bedroom except pillows. Overall nice place.

We have been developing properties since 2009. Came across a rare opportunity to purchase this beautiful condo in Ocean City, MD. We have been toying with the idea of renting it out and determined that we will for limited times throughout the summer. We spend a lot of time here but this summer we have other obligations. Once you stay here your going to want to keep coming back as we do. So we are opening up our beach escape to the public.

Why they chose this property

This property has everything we wanted, a pool, private parking, walking distance to the beach, the bay, amusement parks, miniature golf, restaurants, everything one desires when vacationing without having to drive anywhere. We searched for the best property at the best location in the area.

What makes this property unique

Since we frequent this condo, we ensured that a family could stay here without having to worry about much. A private swimming pool just for Jamaica bay residents. Private parking. Plus Wifi and cable in the unit, 2 DVD players in case there is rain. A washer and dryer in the unit, full kitchen and bath, an outdoor shower to clean the sand off and central heating air.
