Biarritz - St Charles district. In quiet street 10 minutes walk from the beach Miramar, 5 minutes from the golf du Phare, 15 minutes from the room of love, 15 minutes from the halls. Town house 4 rooms 90 m² + terrace of 20 m with plancha, table and outdoor furniture for 6 people. House renovated 1 year.
Ground floor: Lounge / dining room with access to terrace, American kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine), master suite with bed 140x200, shower and dressing room,
On the floor: 1 bathroom (shower), 2 rooms (13 and 9m ²) with each 2 beds of 80x200 and tidying up.
Wireless. No smoking.
Obligatory package end of stay cleaning + Linen (sheets and towels): 100 €.

Très satisfait par notre séjour
Maison conforme à la description, joliment décorée Bien équipée et très fonctionnelle, dans un quartier très agréable à 2,5 kms de la grande plage à pied 15mns. On peut se garer facilement dans la rue, quartier calme près du golf de Biarritz. Quartier st Charles avec petits commerces, restaurants, très pratique. Un bon séjour, si nous revenons sur Biarritz nous essayerons de revenir dans cette maison.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La propriété était en tout point conforme à l'annonce et les procédures d'arrivée et de départ se sont très bien déroulées. L'endroit est calme, tout en étant proche du centre, des commerces du quartier Saint-Charles et de la plage.

Une superbe maison dans un superbe quartier
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison située idéalement à 5 minutes de la place St-Charles qui compte des commerces en tout genre. La proximité avec la plage est également un plus. Un superbe accueil dans une maison pleinement équipée que nous ne pouvons que recommander.
